The wall has been removed. I was splitting my coins to do some trading in another market while I waited on my opal.
I didn't expect it to cause such a commotion lol

Well, thanks for creating some discussion for a bit ha!

Currently have OPAL markets open on another monitor while I do work, easy to notice all changes in orderbooks, maybe I'm too fixated for now lol

The good thing about this coin how clean and free of trolls and fuds, I have never seen a so clean professional thread like this and this will contribute to the success of Opalcoin

There isn't anything to get mad about. FUD is good. It shines a light on problems with the coin. Things are going well so far. There isn't anything to fear with investing in this coin.

How does superNET work? Where can I read anything about how revenues work and what are the benefits to stake holders?
Btw the latest news on OPAL were so stunning, I truly think this coin can be on the top 30 of alts easily.
I have been suggesting you to buy this coin since OPAL being @500sat Cheesy

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied

Hello All,

Over the past couple of days we have received a number of  emails from the public that have no link to crypto, but would like to purchase OPAL. As you can imagine, for a new user this is fairly strenuous if they have no experience in Bitcoin or altcoins.
We are currently exploring the possibility of being listed with a service that users and investors will be able to purchase OPAL with Paypal.
However before we move forward with this we would like to gauge further interest from the OPAL community.

How much would you spend per week or month if you could purchase OPAL via Paypal?

Regards,

Opal Team

If the fees aren't akin to the ones on virwox for using paypal, then I may consider switching to what ever provider is supporting you.
1200 monthly is what I normally invest into crypto a month from USD funds.

Better to educate new users on crypto and opal coin, teach them how to buy and why to buy not go through paypal.
If they pay through paypal, how would they understand how to send coins from one place to another/stake/trade on markets?

I would love for anyone to buy OPAL with PayPal. I'm too scared to sell crypto for paypal myself because of laws. I would try to get a Japanese person to handle the US$ to OPAL. There are no crypto rules in Japan. My next worry would be, what if someone bought $10,000 worth of OPAL and then complained to PayPal that you never actually sent the funds/sent the funds to a wallet you own.

Have you thought of these issues before? I would be careful if I were you. I don't want to see the dev of a coin I bought going to jail.

The service will not be handled by OPAL. We are looking at Wesellcryptos they provide a service for panda and dogecoin.

Great idea. I look forward to seeing OPAL added there soon. Hopefully you can get it added there within 1 week.

Currently we are looking at all avenues to introduce and accommodate new users. You also make a valid point regarding the ins and outs of crypto. We are not trying to side step this point we are looking at working on something to assist with this in the future.
