You assumption sound like an accusation should be backup by proof, otherwise they are just words.

My email address was solely used for cryptorush, they did not have permission to give it out to third parties, so whomever you obtained the list from is not using an opt in list as they claim, I will have to give you the benefit of the doubt that you were unaware at the time, but you may want to take it up with them as you've been mis-sold.

Every matter is important, and this make no exception.

What we want to make clear is that we didn't licensed anything from "cryptorush" or from any other "pool", i read elsewhere.  We licensed a targeted vast opt-in list from an advertising company, and we already contacted em for ask more information about what policy the user accepted when signing on the services that composed the "opt-in list"

If we sent our newsletter to people that have not opted-in we apologize, and we invite to click the unsubscribe link. This will cease instantly any further communication by our side.

We have to quote part of our faq, but stay assured that we have already got in contact about this matter,  and soon the community will benefit of third party exchanges.

Q- When will #midascoin get onto an exchange?

A- MidasCoin will be on an exchange when exchanges think it will be worth listing #midascoin and when they will be ready to get audited, because we will not allow anyone to list MidasCoin in a system that puts your funds at risk. We will NEVER bribe anyone to list #midascoin on day 1, like many other coin projects used to do and still do.

With that said, we already got in contact with several exchanges who are very interested, so it’s really a matter of days. (without the pause, #midascoin would have already been listed on several places)

Whatever you mined before the pause is ALREADY returned to your pool balance.
Whatever amount you withdrawn to a wallet before the pause is also ALREADY returned to your pool balance.

Your pool balance will be available to do whatever you please, just after the reopening.

If the price of gold goes up, will the store charge more coins and vice versa if it goes down?  I think this has been addressed but it was hard to read the old thread with all the retards being retarded.

In 2 days we'll release the new wallets for download, then you can get your address to redeem to. You won't be able to redeem it until we've reopened.

This is correct, since the price hinges on the current Gold Gram to USD conversion rate.

Hello,

The launch has been very successful, with peak of 31 Gh/s and an average hashrate after 2 days of 14 Gh/s.

Unfortunately after 2 days a coordinated network attack has been able to inflate an offending chain in our network, using various attacks methods.   We decided, consulting the community, to pause the operations for apply a critical network patch, but instead of relaunch, to keep all the people funds already mined until that point in the pool balance (available to be withdrawn at reopening). 
Our actual patch ensure that a situation like that will not happen again.

Here part of our FAQ:

Q- What happens if your patch doesn't work? What happens in case of another successful attack against the #midascoin blockchain?

A- Pretty simple, we buy back all the MidasCoin on the pool balance at their bitcoin value, paying in Bitcoin instantly with no questions asked. Then we close the company, give apologies to the community, and never present our face on the public crypto scene again. This is our #challenge, All is perfect or we payback and go home and all people with #midascoin balance get money upfront.
