First reason is that they are creating everything expect only one thing .. .and the thing is Medical products .. not medical instruments ...

but they are working on them too they will manufacture them too .. !!

China has been progressing throughout the years and there are lots of innovations that is happening in that country as well. China holds many of the worlds products and brands. Not to mention the fact that it happens to be populated as well and the use of all it's people are very diverse and functional. That is why they happen to be one of the most successful countries too.

China is undeniably one of the most progressive country today. Their firearms, their economy. Surely they reserved a lot of stuff to be ready for all things possible. China's been into a lot of country feud lately. Like the Philippines and America issue. They also have an intriguing one against Russia. For now, I do believe that China is one of the most powerful countries of our generation.

And China can live independently, I mean with being a strong one they don't need any help from the other countries but of course many things should be need to consider like the import and export of their items that also a factor for economic growth.
But when it comes in teritorial issue, China is indeed a big one like they'll do anything just to take over and secure what they think they ours.

not just on China but also on some countries including ours , where many Chinese puts a business on some cities
 Their salary to their employees are verry low and almost under the minimum wage, I know it because I was once a worker on their company but I decided to quit and resign eventually because my income is not enough to support my daily needs and habits. That is why I switch on working in bitcoin because I see that I can earn more thru it.
