cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://xxx.xxx.xxx -u xxx -p xxx --shaders 2048 --thread-concurrency 8193 --worksize 256 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8193 --intensity 13 --worksize 256 -g 2 --gpu-engine 1060 --gpu-memclock 1500

But it is better to purchase ASIC scrypt miner. Smiley

Recouped.

So 67 Seed were bought in the ICO. And now there are a total of roughly 600 out there. It means that 85 % of the coins were acquired at a cost of ZERO, right? And still the coin is roughly traded at 20% below the ICO price?

I guess miracles do still happen...

But they, for sure, don't last.

Its never a ZERO cost, a lot of people rented miners at substantial cost and with the pools forking and going down the cost to mine went up.  Even If you bought the equipment you still have the equipment cost and cost to run.

It is actually less than ZERO... in many cases. As you know there are people who rent miners and, obviously, those which are not rented are either collecting dust in the shelves or are put to mine things like SEED. For those the cost is less than zero for they derive profits from the rental business. Individuals doing the renting are very, very few I'm quite sure.

Like I said, I am flabbergasted with the price holding here and not having gone yet at least 20 times lower... Watching it now with very special interest.

fuck, u mental or somthng? get your 2$ ADHD ass back to iconicxperts bed for that reach around you been hinting at. Or get whooped at the pink thread as usual. Or better yet, join obamacare. just keep your wannabe insights on mining and trading out of here. folks might misunderstand you for being important or something!  Roll Eyes

I too am looking forward to the 265% days, though the mining is awesome right now Smiley

Can you tell me what you see when your coins are staking? That way I know what to look for tomorrow morning.

My wallet is now staking like Van Helsing on speed.

Nice update Dev! Looking forward to the 265% days.

Any simple way to see how many pos blocks have been accepted whilst displacing pow blocks?
Well, I mined(staked) 7 with average reward 0.00002, so that's 0.00014 seed instead of 0.7. That's on block 5389, so staking is decreasing coin supply quite a bit.

I answered my own question - yes these are POS blocks - int he last 12 hours about 28% of all blocks generated were POS blocks and I'm sure that wil increase as staking obligations increase.

This comment tells me you have no idea what you are talking about. If the price drops it will do so either right before or right after the growth period (after more likely).  I wont be suprised if we see the price go up until the growth period.

oh he knows what he's talking about he's a fud troll and my guess is his fud troll buddies will be showing up anytime. It's sad how big of a loser you have to be to make a living as a troll. it's just fucking lazy. I do pretty good by using my brain and putting the time in while parasites like this dipshit do the same lame ass con on every coin that isn't a total scam. He's from libertycoin by the way. what a fuckin winner that was right? So yeah DEFINITELY listen to that guy lol!!!

My wallet is not staking at the moment. It's telling me I don't have mature coins. Is that because it cycled through all my mature coins already? I've been mining so adding small amounts of coin fairly continuously. So it doesn't make sense to me that I wouldn't have some amount of coin that's eligible for staking atm. Is this normal? If it's not, then I definitely want to do what I need to fix it before the growth week.

EDIT: It started staking again. I guess it's an off/on thing...

My wallet keeps getting stuck / won't sync. Staking now, but stuck at block 4875...
Can i take backup of wallet dat, and get a new qt while staking?

Always keep a backup of your wallet.dat file, I keep a second on both a different HD and on a USB. First make sure you have the latest wallet. If you know you have the latest wallet, then try opening and closing the wallet to see if that works. If it does not, then in your appdata\roaming\seedcoin delete everything except your wallet.dat and re-try sync'ing. If that does not work, then go back and delete everything except your wallet.dat in your appdata again, and then make a seedcoin.conf file. (new text file, then rename "seedcoin.conf" and save type "all files") with the following lines:

connect=185.45.192.191
connect=198.144.184.175
connect=199.127.226.221

Then close and restart your wallet and it should sync. Once it has completed sync'ing, then go back to your appdata and delete the seedcoin.conf file so that you can connect to the rest of the network.

edit: guess he deleted his post...

Still sync'd crawler, bittrex, and my qt are all on the same chain. Good recovery dev. This is what I like to see, problems addressed in a timely manner, shows the coin is going somewhere.

BIG WINNER!

My wallet says 'downloaded 3786 of 5639 blocks' in the sync field it says '1853 blocks remaining'

last received block was 5 hours ago.

Is this normal? if you check out http://www.argakiig.us/blockchain/seed/index.php you will notice it says a different block than my wallet.

a) is there a command I can use to make sure I'm on the right wallet, I downloaded version v1.0.1.0 and had staking happen but since then it's always going back between syncing and being synced.

b) can someone clarify if having your wallet open the entire time is necessary to get full staking benefits? I want to get the most out of my purchase.

c) my weight says '45 and 0 secs to earn' I'm just not sure I'm up and running correctly, haven't received any stake in a few hours. Cheers in advance guys

what is the full command line?

Never mind, got it here. I deleted my balance, though.

Edit: there is a total of 438 possible coins still, for a potential 1008 total supply. So ~60 coins have been removed so far by POS staking.
