As a visual artist I can quote the Coca-Cola brand image just like any pop artist before me.  As a conceptual artist  I can have the artistic freedom to use that brand's name in order to create the coin concept. If they had already created a cryptocoin  branded to the Coca-Cola company they could try to  say that I commit an act of counter-fitting, but there in no law regarding cryptocurrency  and their legal use as a company coin. Actually I would be delighted  when they will try to make a legal move against me. It will bring much awareness to  NILIcoins grand vision of creating a competitive market for coins and credit providers . It will also make my Coca-Cola coin limited addition a real collectors item and will benefit my investors instantly.

4realz I have been developing the concept'making art and writing about it  since 2008. I also have been participating in real alternative coins and monetary change communities. and I have much more to say, explain and do.
As far as conspiracies, It is a view one can choose to hold, but I prefer to hold the view of the power of choice to choose the things which I feel that I know.

I think the only thing you know how to do is inflate an answer without actually answering a question.

maybe you did not understand the answer as it is a very complex issue relating to art value, currencies value, property and community rights, and much more like what is art and how I can use my powers as a user.

The question was that sentence that I used that ended with one of those question-mark things. The other ones that are regular statements just end with periods.

The coins are being describe as artworks, and as such no property issues are applied. When I will issue the Coca-cola coins or the Toyota coins I will make use of their logo and the coin will have all the features which a real Coca-cola coin or a real Toyota coin should have one day,only it will be marked with the NILIcoins trademark to mark it a an art piece. Nevertheless this coin will carry its own value based on it being an art piece

The problem here is that you are making money off their brand. If this does go anywhere, which it will not. Coca cola lawyers will come after you. I doubt any exchange will bother with this or your Toyota coin. You are just wasting your time. Better to re-brand with something you come up with.

I think someone should register "scam coin"  to avoid its use out of context.
I don't think it is a scam coin (as the only one who might get scammed at some point is dev  ).

I don't think it is art either, for that you would need to do something original with coca-cola logo (which isn't the case... copy and paste isn't art  ).
It might be at best considered as forgery... however most of us just consider it as stealing...

I don't know try to make a bottle of Coke à la Dali (melted coca bottle, or jesus drinking a bottle of coke from the cross   then hide...  if you are leaving in country where there are christian extremists  ... that would be good publicity though...), that would be original (even though I am pretty sure someone already did it...)

edit: actually a lawsuit, in terms of publicity, would be good for the coin (and investors... not much for dev though...  your sacrifice will be rewarded I am sure  ) and since it is decentralized it couldn't be stopped...
