NILIcoins are created to promote a competitive credit-provides ecosystem. A  decentralized monetary system based on
cryptocurrency which will employ production power, trade volume and social networks to create an independent coin market.
A market which will then have the power to offer a viable and sustainable alternative for the monopoly of  bank credit.

The grand vision of NILIcoins is to bypass the banking system by supplying industries and communities
with tools to capitalize directly on their commercial  power, and then utilize coin in independence and
versatility to initiate the construction of a competitive credit industry.

The first step is to provide customized and ready to use coin packages which are fitted with all necessary
components to facilitate a seamless multi-coin clearance. Then to see through the creation of a platform
on which these coins can be lend as credit to the public.

The NILIcoins project itself was conceived as a result of the need to illustrate this concept in real terms

The thing is that The Coca-Cola lawyers are not going to take notice of this. lLke most on this thread they dont think that it will generate enough money to be noticed enough, So they will not go after me. Once Coca-Cola will realize that this is not going to go away it will be to late. Coca-Cola will end up paying me to get the rights on this coin or to buy it as art. once this will happen each coin is going to worth a lot of money.

Lawyers in suits serves the system and the system serves nothing but the system, not us. Our monetary system, ownership  and tax laws, allow wealth  to become more and more concentrated in hands of a few, and the gaps to increase.
The three richest people in the world,  initiated a call to their fellow wealthy community members to join giving up most of their wealth, in order to  try and ease this problem.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Giving_Pledge   But we have to tackle the source of this problem.
By dooing this Coca-Cola coins,  I can show and make it real.
Having only a hand full of people who understand is part of taking on such a challenge.

You right, I haven't displayed it yet since it is in the process of being made for this project. I still have to make a few artistic decisions regarding the Coca-Cola prints.
This below is the original image that I have draw when coming up with the idea of a Coupon-Coin.
I will be using the drawn bottle image as the basic unit. today I will post it in more details.

The coins are being describe as artworks, and as such no property issues are applied. When I will issue the Coca-cola coins or the Toyota coins I will make use of their logo and the coin will have all the features which a real Coca-cola coin or a real Toyota coin should have one day,only it will be marked with the NILIcoins trademark to mark it a an art piece. Nevertheless this coin will carry its own value based on it being an art piece

The problem here is that you are making money off their brand. If this does go anywhere, which it will not. Coca cola lawyers will come after you. I doubt any exchange will bother with this or your Toyota coin. You are just wasting your time. Better to re-brand with something you come up with.
