1. Are cards only sold as single cards or can booster packs be purchased just like in MtG?
For now we are using the sigle card sale. Selling boosters is the right nature of TCG (for now we use scarcity to define rarity). But selling booster of digital assets could be assimilated as gambling. Even it's the same with physical cards, for now we are cautious.
2. Are all cards limited (at least per edition) or are there some which are not limited?
As for today CNP and Shumai cards are unlimitted. Other are limited, their limitation define their rarity.
3. If I wanted to collect every card existing so far, how may crystals would that potentially cost and what is the equvalent in BTC? Is it feasible?
I don't know
it will require some calculation. Moreover it's also possible to get the cards from other people, third party swapbot and DEX trades.
4. I have seen that new cards e.g. Openbazaar are sold at certain times. Are there imtermediaroes that you can hire to get these cards for you in case you don't have time to pick them up?
I think this is a community thing. Someone might pop up and endorse this role.
5. Are there any salesplaces/merchants already? How would I get the cards?

6. What is the estimated time the apps come out?
In december you will have work in progress beta available on iOS and Android (if we keep our schedule)

We wanted a unique experience but also using ingredient that have proven to work.
Good reference are Puzzle&Dragon and Monster strike (two japanese games that are grossing more than 2 mio USD per day). We wanted to combine RPG/Card game with a nice arcade experience. For the RPG/Card it's very similar to the two previous game. For the arcade part we were inspired by orbital
