You increase your changes to find a block with 60%. Solomining is all about luck. Sometimes you find 2 blocks in an hour, and sometimes you find 1 block in 2 days.

i started to mine spreadcoin on 3 jul and first day i found 12 blocks, on 4 jul i found 12 too, on those days difficulty was 120+, yesterday i found 8 block and difficulty was somewhere at 130 and today on 140 average difficulty i founded only 5 block in 22 hours. soo something is wrong. on 16.6% difficulty increase i lost 58.4% in chance of finding blocks...
i have an gtx 1070 which have 7.2MH/s and found only one block in 36 hours, 18 hours ago and an gtx 1980Ti with 6.5MH/s which didn't find any block on 36 hours of mining...

sp i would still buy spread private miner but as i said you manytimes i will need linux binaries... you never answered about this.. still releasing it for windows only ?
A user reports that the miner works well in wine. You get the full speed on linux as well by running the exe file in wine.

There is a problem with the 386.xx driver and 1080ti in the opensource miner (nonce not validated on the cpu) Did you try to run the miner in benchmark mode? downgrade to 382.xx driver.

Hi, I'm new, with nvidia cards, so please can you tell me what software is needed for mining, besides ccminer, Which driver versions are appropriate for the Gtx 1080 And what voltage should be used to extract nexus? I read that some reach up to 195 mh / s with this gpu, but now I only get 155 mh / s
Is the version of this miner compatible with XCN (cryptonite)?
I appreciate your answers

Difficulty isn't a linear relationship to how many blocks hash can find.

some update: the spreadcoin version (sp-mod #10) 382.33 driver will work. the miner is not so stable, seems like with lower tdp limited it will crash more often, sometimes also frozen my computer,I had to mannully restart (one computer is 5 giga gtx1080ti ,it's more stable than another computer with 3 different brand 5 gtx1080ti) now I am mining with 93% tdp limited, the speed is between 11M~13M ,have ran 6 hours, reboot once.the result is pretty sad,got only one block.

Hello.
Finally, when wallet synchronized, I've started mining SPR with Spreadminer SPmod#10. I have two 8 x 1070 rig and 1 x 1080 ti desktop mining.
1080 ti works good and shows 14800 Mh/s and found 1 block after a couple hours. But 8 x 1070 rig stops working after some time. Something like 30-60 minutes. It is not crashing. Miner continues to work, but shows crazy numbers: (GPU #0 was excluded from mining SPR) [2017-07-07 08:51:22] GPU #3: GeForce GTX 1070, 19302328 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:22] GPU #5: GeForce GTX 1070, 18282410 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:22] GPU #6: GeForce GTX 1070, 20817702 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:22] GPU #1: GeForce GTX 1070, 20425532 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:22] GPU #2: GeForce GTX 1070, 16176738 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #4: GeForce GTX 1070, 8153084 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #5: GeForce GTX 1070, 20718971 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #6: GeForce GTX 1070, 22304416 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #3: GeForce GTX 1070, 8578723 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #1: GeForce GTX 1070, 10942314 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #4: GeForce GTX 1070, 17211915 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #2: GeForce GTX 1070, 14636353 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #5: GeForce GTX 1070, 20720348 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #6: GeForce GTX 1070, 20817702 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #3: GeForce GTX 1070, 21298411 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #6: GeForce GTX 1070, 22304416 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #1: GeForce GTX 1070, 23561896 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #5: GeForce GTX 1070, 19424883 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #2: GeForce GTX 1070, 13660596 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #3: GeForce GTX 1070, 36334127 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #1: GeForce GTX 1070, 40851064 khash/s [2017-07-07 08:51:23] GPU #4: GeForce GTX 1070, 6322701 khash/s
Nvidiainspector shows 0% GPU usage.
OC setting are not that high: +75 core, -1000 mem and 95% TDP. Miner causes heavy power throttling: TDP jumps from 30% to 110% with medium 80% power usage. Max temp is 62C (70 C limit) Nvidia driver 382.53
Crash happened 3 times already. 0 blocks found. Now OC settings set to 0 core / -1000 mem and its running.

might be 1 of your 1070 not stable at +75 core. Is it same brand and model or mix brand? Some 1070 already come with higher base and boost clock compare to other brand.

This is a crash, and the ccminer version is to old to exit quietly. Try to add at least 16 gig of virtual memory. I think -1000 on the mem is not good for this algo because it use memory. set it to 0.

I have already 32GB RAM installed and 24GB of virtual memory added (needed for Neoscrypt high-intensity) Set to +400 mem and it works faster than +0 or negative values. Just found 1 block with it. Looks like miner crashed because of too high core OC. Update: 1080ti works faster at -1000 memclock: 15 Mh/s vs 14.5 Mh/s at -500/0/+300 1070 works best at +400 mem and +50 core clock

Would be great if SP will fix issue when miner does not quit or restart after crash. I've got same problem on both rigs with 1070s. It happens nearly every 3 hours. Selling unstable version that crashes even if we follow all your instructions and recommendations and not telling buyers that your current version has issues like that sounds like...
Btw, difficulty raised and price dropped significantly, so current profit is 6.26$ USD/day with 1070.

Is your psu strong enough. Spreadcoin is a algo that needs power. To make sure the miner keeps mining after a crash, create a bat file with a failover like this: :loop ccminer (...) goto loop

The spreadcoin price is down 6.5% today, so not a good day to sell the coins.. The profit $6.26 on a gtx 1070 is pretty good compared to other coins. If you use the nicehashminer, you get less than $3

To make sure the miner keeps mining after a crash, create a bat file with a failover like this: :loop ccminer (...) goto loop My PSUs are only half loaded. Loop will not go if crashed miner will not stop. As I posted before, miner shows crazy hashrates and continues to work, but real GPU load is 0%. If ccminer would just quit after that crash, then loop would restart it. My bat file: :start spreadminer -o http://127.0.0.1:41677 -u rpcuser -p rpcpass ping 127.0.0.1 > nul goto start pause
