Hmm not sure about the few hundred satoshi's. Coinmarketcap shows CNN as (-10.06 %) with a trade volume of 0 BTC, but that is because they don't show float numbers for that. Was about $109 world wide, global trade volume today. You should probably not compare with a coin that has factor twenty five as much trade going on, daily. Just the numbers.

I haven't seen much of this recently. Nearly every coin gets trolled/fudded but I have never seen a community fall for the bait so hard as this. Usually they are just ignored but here we are talking about CCN again.

I assume you know the old saying about it not being paranoia when someone is genuinely out to get you? Well, the lads from CCN did put a major effort into trying to burn down CannabisCoin and so perhaps a defensive posture is a sensible default. That's for individuals to decide for themselves.

With regard to "people asking genuine questions", that is based on peoples' expectations of CannabisCoin and perhaps a misunderstanding of its purpose.

Some people seem to think that buying and selling altcoins is something other than gambling. Heck, some even mistake altcoins for stocks and believe themselves to be "investors". Don't laugh, they really do! Some of these individuals mistake the various altcoin fora for stockholders meetings where, as stockholders, they have the rights to demand answers and insist on actions being taken to increase the value of their holdings. They tend to lose sight of the fact DeltaNine (∆9) is funding the facilities and grows himself and that CannabisCoin holders are not providing these funds, nor do they hold any portion nor share of the facilities nor any of the product therefrom. If these misguided individuals actually did attempt to perform due diligence they would have discovered that CANN is not a company but that the coins are intended to facilitate medical marijuana (mmj) patients gaining cheaper access to their medications. They would have realized that requests for coin value-pumping news titbits and pictures are likely to be seen as irrelevant to the task of providing patients with cheaper high-quality medications. Reading through the readily available information and listening to what ∆9 has to say in the videos tells me that he is not putting in all this effort to enrich people who speculate [read: gamble] on CannabisCoin. He is on a mission to help mmj patients.

CannabisCoin has been under attack and so people might be right to be defensive. Altcoins are not stocks. ∆9 is on a mission to get quality mmj to patients cheaply. It is not his mission to enrich people attempting to profit from his efforts. The only truly legitimate question is, what can you do to help?

You say DeltaNine is on a mission to help MMJ patients only and doesn't care about speculation... then why even bother launching a coin here? He could just grow the weed and give it to dispensaries or use some kind of private token system. From what you've said it sounds like everyone speculating (which is pretty much everyone at the moment) are just a headache. Why is there a subreddit, IRC channel and dedicated forum? If it isn't about speculation/prices then the only reason I can think of is for the community. If people's questions are getting ignored or written off as FUD then there will be no community.

The Devs sold a lot of CANN at the height of the pump, as did many, and so in a way people are invested in this project. There was a lot hype about the Peg and the 'event' which is fine but to say that none of this is about speculation just isn't correct. I get that DeltaNine is putting a lot of his own money into this but being a bit more open would go a long way (including from within the community). From what I understand the long term plan is that there will be more growers who would come forward and keep the project going? Therefore the whole long term success of the project comes from people who might not even know anything about it yet. The next person people accuse of being a fudder could be someone that could do a great deal for the coin.  

The only truly legitimate question is, what can you do to help?

I have been following CANN for a long time so I know what is going on but when people come here and ask questions or want titbits of news then they should be embraced and feel part of the 'movement'. It doesn't take much effort but could have massive benefits. Instead it is just very quiet apart from talk about CCN and FUD.  


There was something I was half considering doing which could have contributed to CANN. For it to happen it would have helped a lot if it made it on to coinpayments.net. In the end CANN only received 3 votes. That is just sad and reflects the fact that the community isn't really enthusiastic or bothered.

I wrote this a while ago about what happened. After all that there were some CCN people who posted here asking questions and aiming to stir up trouble. I haven't seen it in ages though to be honest.

 I Agree with that!

  The Devs should show the activity they done! Until now everything they said that they done is only in my imagination. I'm thinking that I support CANN as I'm mining it with 250 MHs and before with more since more than 2 months.

   At least I want to see any normal pictures of what your growing, some meetings or future plans! There is no any fuds, It's just the inactivity of the Devs and the abandoned community!

To put your question to rest Crypto_knight.

"Self-funded" means the grow is funded by myself and the growers (supporters) who have committed to the movement. It is NOT funded by proceeds of selling CANN.
"Supporters" meaning direct growers and farmers whom follow the movement.

I do not sell CANN as you are trying to insinuate to everyone here.
