You need to go back to the Mandatory Update version - if you haven't delete it from your computer.
it was a fork to fix the Stability of the POS - your current wallet will get stuck at block 10000

IF YOU ARE NEW TO XDE, YOU NEED TO READ THESE IMPORTAN STEPS:

1) UNZIP/UNRAR THE ARCHIVE FILE "XDECoin-WinWallet-v3mu2.zip"

2) RUN XDECoin-qt.exe FORM THE FOLDER "XDECoin-WinWallet-v3mu2"

3) YOU WILL SEE THAT IT WILL BE STUCK AT "BLOCK 273" - NO WORRIES

4) COMPLETE CLOSE THE RUNNING WALLET, THEN GO TO YOUR "wallet.dat" FOLDER IN "...Username/Appdata/Roaming

5) FROM THERE, OPEN THE FOLDER "XDECoin" AND DELETE THESE TWO: "txleveldb folder" AND "blk0001.dat file"

The answer is yes, you do have to get the latest one, but please follow the instructions carefully,

and just for safety's sake i always back up my wallet dat too

No Fight! It is Simple the END of the INSTRUCTIONS Says, if your Block Count is over 10000 and not stuck then you are good to go.
If you believe your Wallet have well Synced and you are at Block 10100s then you are Totally Good to go and you dont need this Update Fix. Simple Now!
