Very dissatisfied with this site. Decided I didn't want to play since they didn't have any games I wanted, and they made me bet 3x my deposit to be able to withdraw! This means when I deposited 0.1 btc I had to bet a total of 0.3 btc to be able to withdraw, and when I got to that amount I lost all my money. Would not recommend this scam site  Read T&C before you start playing. 8.9.1. if the total bet is less than three times the first deposit, the Company reserves the right to withhold 20% of the amount being withdrawn as a fee. |

Hi (I'm new so be kind/ hard to navigate/learn these forums) I won 10th place with valentines lottery- I tried live chat twice to get my 100 mbtc first chat guy alex didn't understand- gave me 35 points which at the time convers 10;1 and equaled 3 mbtc lol convinced him to give me more 165 points, total for this day was a whopping 20mbtc I had to explain AGAIN this didn't equal 100 mbtc he said he could only give 20 mbtc a day, and to come back to chat next day I contacted chat the next day- different person she also was confused She said that I received my winnings yesterday- I explained the above = she asked for a screenshot showing that I won, I supplied that (good thing- names aren't there anymore) she said she could give me 30 points because she isn't authorized to give anymore- sigh so I exchanged that for 3mbtc Emailed them many times (no response not even an automated ticket), tried chat a few more times (not available) still owed 77 mbtc (yes it's small- it's the principle/ can't trust a casino so unorganized) guess i could post the winners screenshot if anyone needs it - glad to have found this forum!!  |

Welcome to the forum. Ihad lots of problems with the site including withdrawals, and they took 48 hours each reply to my support ticket, took almost a week for them to tell me they couldn't send my money back since they needed me to gamble 3x my deposit to be eligible for withdraw... What a joke

Whats the wager requirement for that ? So now if you deposit 1 btc it will be matched to 2 btc (with some special terms) and then 3x rollover bonus so meaning you have to wager 6 btc to be able to withdraw |
