We've checked it all, and the reason of delay was in technical issue (in queue status), so the request could not be processed.

We have fixed it all now, so no problems should be faced down the road. The processing time is 24 hours (but actually it takes much less than that)

We credited compensation for that inconveniece and apologize for that occurence.
