Why don't you read the OpP's trust before trying this casino ? There is a scam accusations against the casino. Payment often takes longer than 24 hours and I believe sometimes they do not even make payment for players. You should protect yourself before joining a casino and you should prepare to lose your 1mtc. It is sad to you

So as long as you asked them, they will processed it manually? Does it same as "empty hot wallet"? Because I saw some few sites that have this problems and turns out in the end they scam us though but not for all. Others site still have this similar problem because they take some precaution of being hacked so they limit on their hot wallet

I was playing on das ist casino last night and they are refusing to process my withdrawal! I see they are in the #1 spot on your site and they should not be there! I use bitcoin so I don't have to provide personal information to unknown/untrusted sites but this one requires providing sensitive info! Had I known this, I never would have used them! I think you are just a troll account of owner to post fake claims about their withdrawals. Many have already got their payment stucked along with other issues like bonus not being cancelled on request. There are many other casino to choose from rather than this one which is abandon for months now.
