If the bitcoin will be more popular and gets more people that using bitcoin as a secondary currency, i think it will be possible for stores online/offline to use bitcoin as a payment and government will accepts bitcoin also as a secondary currency aside from their local currency. Here in our country we can now use our money on banks to exchange it for bitcoin and i think it's one of the good sign to say the bitcoin will have a good future and will be accepted by many countries.

That is right. Increase in population means a lot of people who want to have some bitcoin. That means low number of BTC in the market to sell equal the increase of price.

i think bitcoin is  already a universal currency and is equally promoting on international level. people are investing in bitcoin they are buying bitcoin and just holding their bitcoin for price increase. i am pretty sure that the future of bitcoin is very much bright and beautiful and successful.

They should adopt to bitcoin, but will they is a big question. I believe in bitcoin, and I think btc have a future. That means adaptation will come eventually, if bitcoin continue this grow. I think bitcoin made a big progress in last few years, and there is potential for much more. We read positive news around the internet, and from time to time someone start to accept btc, or someone recognize the potential of the btc and start work related with btc. That is a good way, I see that little progress and cause of that I don't bother to much about price fluctuations. That is just cause btc is not yet safe investment, good and bad news can move market. Big players can interfere and make a mess, and we still see lot of manipulations around.

I think something like this cant be ruined just like that, btc is bigger every year and I hope that grow will continue in the future. Time will tell what will happen, for now I`m glad that there is so many optimist here in forum and everyone of us contribute to btc community with daily transactions and different promotions, and of course with spreading the word around the world.

I would like to start a discussion about the future of Bitcoin.
The following is my prognosis
The future of Bitcoin
After vears of trying to break the blockchain technology that runs Bitcoin, the bankers and governements finally realized that because blockchiain was a public ledger that kept all transaction and that this ledger could not be hacked or falsified; Bitcoin could not be stopped or blocked. Like email, and i-porn, it used the internet highway and without destroying the internet and its highways of communication, the blockchain technology could not be blocked.

The banks and governments decided on another plan called “f you can`t beat them, join them”. They decided that their only chance was to buy up all the Bitcoins. They started small and encouraged Bitcoin`s price to drop by demanding regulation, not realizing that the blockchain is just a public ledger that can not be regulated. The threat of regulation caused the price of Bitcoin to drop, and when the banks and government thought that the price of Bitcoin would not go any lower, they started to buy up Bitcoins. When people realized that the banks and governments were buying up the Bitcoins, the price of Bitcoins soared in an avalanche. This made banks and governments very rich. 

Bitcoin became to be used as electronic money that could not be falsified or tampered with and that could be used as electronic cash replacing coins and notes. The banks and governments started to encourage the use of Bitcoin and replaced their coins and notes with Bitcoins. Then they replaced their plastic credit cards with chips that were implanted and that allowed money transactions to be made much faster and conveniently than with Bitcoin. They made their own centralized and regulated version of Bitcoin and called it i-coin.

After i-coin became convincingly more appealing than Bitcoin, i-coin became widely accepted. Bitcoin became outdated and old fashioned and the price of Bitcoin started to drop. Then there came a time where the only ones that were using Bitcoins were the ones that were afraid of the chip implants, and those that were afraid of the corrupt banks.
Then the corrupt criminals got on the Bitcoin bandwagon, and Bitcoins started to be outlawed in many countries. The decentralized Bitcoin miners - the keepers of the public ledger - became scarcer and scarcer and were overtaken by centralized criminal miners.

Bitcoin became what it started out as-. electronic cash for buying illegal goods. Eventually, the criminals took it over to use as their own black cash for trading one illegal good for another. This caused a boom in illegal goods, and made the criminals very wealthy.

The future of the bitcoin what will it bring i can tell you that if it goes like this the last view weeks the future of the bitcoin is really disapointent because the price of the bitcoin needs to rise
and not drop. So i dont believe the future will be very positive for the bitcoin and that is not really cool..

Personally I refuse to make any purchases with BTC that have some kind of fiat conversion in between. And I'm willing to wait and hodl on for the time when all BTC payments are direct payments.

The reason I'm boycotting conversion services are pretty simple: These intermediaries are eliminating all advantages of Bitcoin as a currency. They add fees, time lags and surveillance opportunities to the payment process. This is bad for Bitcoin, because it maintains a fiat dependence that cripples Bitcoin's potential.

For Bitcoin to be successful as a native and independent currency it is imperative that it gets adopted by the primary sector - farmers and companies that extract and produce raw materials and commodities.

I haven't used bitcoin debit card yet, but its a good way to spend, but I have heard that withdrawal charges are too high so I am hesitating in using it, can you brief about it please.

i doubt that it is a valid reason not to believe in bitcoins because in my opinion the price fluctuations does not mean that bitcoin is a bad currency and that it wont grow in the future

i hope the future of the bitcoins is going to be really bright, in this way it would allow me to make some good money in the future out of my investent i have at the moment

i dont think that it is a good idea to rely on bitcoin as a thing that would allow you to require much earlier than usually, i think that bitcoin might go down and it wouldnt be safe then

i think the future of the bitcoin will be really bright but to be honest nearly anything  can happen to bitcoin and if the price will drop it will surely make a lot of people sad thus even more coins would be sold

The Citibank authors are not getting it. They are still thinking that implementing bank owned blockchains are a useful solution. Implementing regional blockchains for bank services makes no sense at all - it reminds me of the copycat country altcoin scams that flooded the forums not long ago. No, there is no opportunity for banks here. Banks will have the opportunity to scale back their operations. That's all.

The cost calculations for the remittance markets can only be valid if there are fiat conversions in between. If Bitcoin becomes accepted worldwide there will be no longer any need for fiat conversion. Then the cost advantage will be unbeatable.

It got high price . So just a little bit of it can fill up the retirement issue. It is also likr a savings. We dont really need to use it yet so it will be stucked here for a while. Good news is its price is increasing.

In the future, we may end up with an array of alternatives, with varying functions and limitations. On the other hand, perhaps we’ll find it is enough to have a single decentralized solution like bitcoin, which anyone can access, be they Pakistani farmers or multinational banks.

We can’t know for sure, but it’s very likely that the technology bitcoin inaugurated is here to stay.
