$500,000,000+ Stolen BTC Due to the Those Listed as Nefarious CyptocoinersThe following entities operating in the Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency space are not to be trusted one iota, for their past nefarious behaviors will be indicative of future actions if one enters into any form of contract with them, for they represent a combine total in excess of a quarter billion dollars of loses to mostly working folks that were once willing to give them an opportunity to succeed, but opted to fill their own coffers instead. Please feel free to suggest and link any entity that you deem should be included on the list below, with a future website in the works based on said findings that'll include the same. Safely assume that the list below may contain names of entities opting to associate with known nefarious actors, thus making them highly suspect as well, albeit some latitude will be taken into consideration in that regard, but not much. Only real names will be used, albeit rare exceptions will be considered. Major list of Nefarious Crypto-coiners found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=576337.0Mt GoxBF Labs Inc. (Butterfly Labs Inc./BFL)We Use Coins- Jeff (Jeffrey) Scott Ownby

Your welcome, bud. The site that's going to be build will use Wordpress (fuck me, need to add them as one of the good guys) with a blog post dedicated to each nefarious entity so that its name is included in the URL for the maximum SEO juice as possible. It'll be the most definitive list out there exposing every single bad actor that's operated in the cryptocurrency space. Its time has come, and I can't think of a better person than myself building the son of the bitch and exposing every single one of them bastards. ~Bruno Kucinskas PS: Please continue, all, in supplying me names of the good, bad and ugly cryptocoiners.

Bruce Peterson aka BCP19 for his support of BFL fraud when he knew perfectly well when shipping was NOT going to happen and then astro-turfing these forums with misrepresentations and lies about those rightly pointing out the inconsistency in the BFL Tape Out dates and deliver timelines. Also attempting enter into bets with full knowledge of shipping dates and inside information all the while pretending to be just a "customer". That was a blatant misrepresentation in an attempt to get those bets where he knew all the BFL plans and information. Seriously that is direct fraud.

Also attempting enter into bets with full knowledge of shipping dates and inside information all the while pretending to be just a "customer". That was a blatant misrepresentation in an attempt to get that bet where he knew all the BFL plans and information. Seriously that is fraud. As I mentioned on the fuck BFL thread (quoted below), I'm open for discussion in this regard, albeit would have no problem, really, with including him in the OP, but feel the argument needs to be stronger to have him included on the official site that I'm building. Adding Bruce (bcp18) at this time may be a stretch, for he's just an employee and shill, thus giving him a little latitude, but I'm open for arguments in that regard to having his name included here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=845576.0Please be as fair as possible in your assessment, for I rather include only businesses and their principals, oppose to adding names lower in the ranks. If Bruce proves to be more instrumental at BFL then what we currently are aware, then by all means he'll be included on the list, but, again, awaiting assessments.

They are great guys and used to be my biggest fans till they keep asking their dad what's a blowjob. Luckily, I got to meet dad in vegas and he told me he was able to blow off (pun intended?) such questions, thus putting me a tad at ease. They gave me a bag of treats that were simply delicious. Q: What do you call 30 attorneys at the bottom of the ocean?
A: A good start.
(not to knock too much on attorneys, as there are a few in the business - too few)
Good start on the list Bruno. I'd suggest having it in two sections: 1) individuals; 2) company/organization. That will make searching through the list easier as it gets inevitably longer.

I'll organize as such in the OP, with it being more detailed on the website. I'm goin' ask BFL if they'll give me an endowment from their BDF to jumpstart it. Don't forget our ole pal Yifu Gou & Nzang & the folks at Avalon Wow,gonna be a BIG list!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no problem with including them on the list if such is warranted. Would a couple more bitcoiners mind expressing such to get me off the fence? I'd appreciate it.

Hitler was a bad guy, and those closely aligned with Hitler were dubbed bad guys.
BFL, et al., are bad guys and if you're closely aligned with any of its principals, you're labeled a bad guy since you've opted to not distance yourself from them.
Same true for every bad actor occupying the cryptocurrency space.
That said, list names of bad actors. Also, list names of only venerable entities.

Bitmain (antminers) has been good, but looks like they may have taken a page out of the Sonny and "K" of "KnC" playbook on how to make money when your customers don't. Hopefully Bitmain will realize that customers buying mining equipment generally expect to make a return on investment, meaning something better than the equipment just paying for itself and operating costs. Running a money pit isn't done for fun and isn't a hobby either. No problem with mining equipment manufactures making a profit as they have to in order to stay in business. However the manufacturer shouldn't be the only one in the equation making a profit. </soapbox>

what happened to TBF? or even broke pierce? Forgive me for holding off for now with your suggestions, for basically the same reason I can't put BitPay on the good guys list until the https://blockchain.info/address/1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs is resolved. I also can't justifying putting the Jacobson brothers' Canadian Bitcoin Embassy and Miami Bitcoin Embassy on the list, but will be including all their Coinware companies and principals shortly. With the exception of BitPay, at this speaking, ALL the above will probably be included on the official site to one capacity or another. Again, with apologies.

Requesting a tad more info on the above, though I'm more verse with TF, thus need a real name and link for the latter would suffice. CoinLenders Thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=283756.0Inputs.io Thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=248803.0There is a scam thread and a police report thread, but can't find them right now. Pressed for time now, but will look at your two additions later tonight. I'm adding HashFast now.

I've added Danny Brewster, et al., to the list of bad actors.
I've added Memory Dealers to the list of good guys.
Somebody give me a good link for Ken Slaughter so that he'll be listed on the bad actors' list.

BCP19 is an asswipe and a marionette. He skims fractures of a bitcoin here and there in order to have more funds to dismantle his gargantuan size fried poultry. Move on.

Added BitBrew to the good guys' list.
On the official website, I will automatically list any entity, whether they're cryptocurrency-base or not, that hires, knowingly or not, a known cryptocurrency bad actor, but will have the courtesy to notify them of my actions, only removing their name if they assure me that said person in question is no longer employed at their place of business and not mentioned in any of their literature.
Since I like BitPay, I'm adding them way below the fold on the good guys list with a caveat.

what happened to TBF? or even broke pierce? Forgive me for holding off for now with your suggestions, for basically the same reason I can't put BitPay on the good guys list until the https://blockchain.info/address/1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs is resolved. I also can't justifying putting the Jacobson brothers' Canadian Bitcoin Embassy and Miami Bitcoin Embassy on the list, but will be including all their Coinware companies and principals shortly. With the exception of BitPay, at this speaking, ALL the above will probably be included on the official site to one capacity or another. Again, with apologies. no need apologies, i was just curious as to why brock pierce (gocoin, expresscoin et al) and TBF werent on your most wanted wall. anyhow, you might want to check this list too: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=576337.0cheers.

they represent a combine total in excess of a quarter billion dollars of loses to mostly working folks that were once willing to give them an opportunity to succeed, but opted to fill their own coffers instead.
The MtGOX collapse alone ate 660'000 BTC, about 0.2 billion dollars at today's price, 0.5 billion in February.

In essence, John Mutrux is saying. "Fuck you American service men and women, and the horses you rode in on, for I got mine, while you fuckers continue to FIGHT for yours." Again, well-played, John Mutrux, Jody Drake, and Sonny Vleisides, the latter because it was his iPhone used to take the infamous shot. I'm going to ask one more motherfuckin' time before I put every cryptocurrency-theme periodical on the The Official Blacklist of Entities Operating in the Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency Space: Where's the motherfuckin' first article on the 1QAHVyRzkmD4j1pU5W89htZ3c6D6E7iWDs BWA that DIDN'T belong to HashTrade, but truly belongs to BFL and was used to launder $10M+ USD worth of BTC through BitPay?After over a year of me mentioning the above, nary a periodical has mentioned the above FACT, along with NEVER mentioning the fake $100K USD via BTC supposedly paid to The Bitcoin Foundation (TBF) by KnC to become a Platinum Member, of which is 100% BULLSHIT! ============== Going to catch up on the latest welcomed posts after I calm down and fetch a fresh cup of coffee, thanking the recent posters in advance. ~Bruno Kucinskas

Marc [ Andreesen ]seems to come to Bitcoin's defense alot and take aim at any investors or firms that threaten Bitcoin's livelihood:
Wait, all the fellows in the Bad Guys list did that. Even Mark Karpelès. That is one of the things that attract so many scammers to bitcoin. Many bitcoiners seem to assume that "those that say bad things about bitcoin are bad guys, therefore anyone who praises bitcoin must be a good guy." And they give him their coins, without even asking his real name. Not everyone who praises Jesus is a honest Christian. Not everyone who praises bitcoin is a honest bitcoiner.

Hey OP, can we add PayPal to the list? They have screwed so many bitcoiners. They burned me pretty bad. I still have not bounced back.
Granted it would be people using PayPal who actually scam, but the fact that PayPal sides with the scammer in spite of solid proof, make them accomplices.

How about Mircea Popescu? ^^
Requesting a little backstory, bud. Well, this guy, pretty controversial, is operating a sort of dematerialized exchange (MPEx) via IRC. Im not sure he actually has steal anything from anyone, the entry price being so high, you wouldnt play dumb after. Instead, he frequently funded projects such as bitcoin gambling website: just-dice. Plus, he told SEC to get lost..The people evolving around him on #bitcoin-asset are also quite interesting in regard to their bitcoin conception. His alias account here on bitcointalk MPOE-PR was banned but he reminded me of you somehow, spotting scams (ie errthing in here) but with less tact i'd say. ^^ Some people hate him other dont, personally, i think he is neither good or bad, he would screw you if you're too stupid to fall for it and would respect you otherwise. Imho you'd have to create a dedicated grey section for the dude.. like he'd be sort of the ruler of bitcoin's no-man's-land.. PS: and he allegedly controls over 700k BTC.

I think I'll go visit all of their homes...
This is an excellent idea, albeit not what you may have envisioned, but one I expect to fully implement via bumper stickers. Generic bumper stickers consisting of appropriate verbiage affixed to homes or places of business by those embracing this ideal that live nearby willing to take the über-minor risk of performing such act of kindness. Perhaps, some will take a pic after the fact so that said sticker affixed near an address would be uploaded on the official website. The bumper stickers will be shipped free of charge to those expressing an interest in participating and reside nearby to naughties, accompanied with a coupon code(s) to be used for future purchases from non-naughty crypto-coiners as payment for their gallant efforts.

Zhou Thong Nefario, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=115669.0If you want to kick-start something like that you need to do more than just naming names. Fuck, you're missing about 80% of suspected nefarious people and about half of your list is aiming at the wrong people. Not everyone at Hashfast were scammers but damn ! start there before listing Patrick Murck as nefarious.

It may be safer to leave out the "Good Guys" list; they may turn out to be Bad Guys eventually. (Whereas a once Bad Guy is better assumed to stay Bad Guy for a looong time -- see BFL, Danny Brewster, Mark Karpelès...) Have you seen this video? That favor to good friend and neighbor Karpelès may have convinced many people to keep their coins in MtGOX... "Lyke de Vries" should be removed while the identity od SlOK is not confirmed. Just list him as "SLoK" for now?

You can put TradeFortress on there as well, probably just a link to his profile will do the trick.
