After loosing power I have not been able to open my Ucupy Windows wallet. I am concerned about that because I have invested part of my saving in this coin. I am new on this and have no idea how to recover my wallet and Ocupy coins.

Hello Dev,
After loosing power I have not been able to open my Ucupy Windows wallet. I am concerned about that because I have invested part of my saving in this coin. I am new on this and have no idea how to recover my wallet and Ocupy coins.

If the computer restarts your ocupy wallet.dat file will be fine. (file where your coins are kept)

Go to Start -> Run (or press WinKey+R) and run this: %APPDATA%\Ocupy

Your Ocupycoin folder will open and back up your wallet.dat file , save it somewhere, delete the old Ocupy folder and download the ocupy wallet again.

Once downloaded, open up the Ocupy folder again and replace your backed up wallet.dat file with the new wallet.dat file.

Restart the wallet with the -rescan switch. that will ensure the transactions in the wallet.dat are all accounted for.
