Run your wallet with the -rescan flag.  Bet the transaction of coins you made to lopper369 will show up then.

And I vote for you go ahead and move your coins.  After I moved all my coins yesterday and they matured today, I got like 40 stakes in a few hours.  So moving them had to have done something.  Just crossing my fingers all my coins stake okay 16 hours from now..........

not sure  my first action in your case would be back up my wallet.dat file then do a full uninstall then reinstall let it sync to the network fully shutdown the wallet then replace your wallet.dat file and restart the wallet if that dont work I'm out of Ideas 

your wallet.dat file should be located here

C:\Users\lopper369\AppData\Roaming\Quotient
