I have just read your updated terms.
Voided or Cancelled Bets
BetBTC may cancel or void bets which it believes have been (a) accepted in error (including but not limited to: correlated parlays or obviously incorrect lines or payouts on parlays or teasers); (b) accepted after an event has started; (c) accepted at obviously incorrect odds; (d) made in an attempt to circumvent our betting limits; (e) involved in syndicate betting; (f) the result has been influenced by criminal or illegal actions; (g) considered correlated parlays (including but not limited to bets on E-Sports players and E-Sports teams in the same tournament or competition/match, bets on players to advance in a tournament (of any sport) with bets on that player to win any match/game, any other bets which BetBTC deems grossly or obviously correlated at its own discretion
So I can get my bets canceled after it matched? Or only some users can get canceled? Please explain these rules.
Hi!
Since BetBTC exists we just had to use this point once on our early days, after an update that went glitched and caused API users to place contrary bet types than requested (Asked back and system placed lay and vice-versa)
A patch was quickly released but in fact there were some bets canceled on that night of September 2015.
Since then there were no more matched bets canceled.
We have this rule to protect our users and BetBTC on very extraordinary situations but as you can understand it's very far from being a regular practise.
Good luck!
