None of the Bitcoin debit cards are vaporware. There is already one prepaid Visa Electron available, and BitInstant is set to deliver their card. BitInstant has been very vocal recently, especially during the Dotcom conversation, that they are delivering the card. It has simply been delayed, but still very much on track.

Paymium, the French company, is doing their own card. They sent an email to Dotcom yesterday, maybe they want to do it together. Who knows. Anyway, there is no sign that any of these card projects are cancelled, it has just been slower than anticipated.

I've seen no reason to believe those cards are not coming. In fact, I think it's very likely that we'll be seeing those cards this year. The buzz last year came from a super early leak, which in itself made things worse bureaucratically.

yeah hopefully it jumps around $40 like hopscotch. this is a big move and a new psychological number we should pause and admire at.......or else we could be blinded by how bright the future is and fall off a cliff running towards it

Duke Nukem was also under development during the time it got 15 Vapor Ware Awards.

go back to sleep, pretty please!

joke aside: I agree a pause around $40 would be sane.

I'd put half of the half back in if it hits 41.3, and the rest if it hits 42.3

Nice, thanks for the insight.

I'm hoping for a down move but not selling. The rocket has had the fuel up to this point so I wouldn't be surprised to see it keep truckin'. This could be the start of an insane period of upward movement just as easily if the fiat keeps pouring in.

Coinlabs deal could launch this thing further than anyone anticipated. Now there are less coins than before, with demand from longterm users and the continued growth in the userbase.

I just want to see some test of what is underneath at these levels. The market got so thin that it's hard to say if we should actually be this far yet.
