See I don't get this. I don't see why you're insisting on scape goating him. Is it because he's not anonymous unlike the people who actually syphoned away the money?

Why aren't you after the heads rather than the one person who tries to set it right?

I understand that, it seems you don't get many elements of what's happening.

From day one I am calling this a scam and stating that all individuals behind the Bitbay operation are scammers. I said from day one that all of them will be quite rightly end up in jail. Scammers needs to go jail ... all of them, period. However, the one who had chance to get this right, because I had given him many-many chance to come forward was David. David even refused my offer to cooperate yesterday when I said him last time that, take this shit seriously, lets come forward with the info, because we are going to talk to the police in Netherlands to track down all participants of the scam. No, David was laughing that no one is going to jail.

As we speak, my lawyer, you know (at least the VRC community knows who is he) the very same guy who visited Mintpal when the VRC hack happened and then I could provide the VRC devs with some very valuable info about what to do and what not do do with Mintpal/Moolah, so a well tested and experienced legal professional talks to the Netherlands police to see how to start proceeding. One thing is sure, the police will not cherry pick the scammers and all participants of the scam will be brought to justice.

So don't worry about me, what my agenda is ... you should be just worrying about yourself that in the meantime don't support  the scammers not David nor Bob nor Steven - none of them.

Target of 3000 BTC was known before and you thought it was an okay target? You really think they had to raise that amount to develope the project?

Well, it seems that a lot of people thought that way, that's why they are where they are now...

Actually, yes, I DO want to see a development team sitting on that type of funds if I were to hold a large share of what they're working on. Especially if those funds are merit-based.

Making a good product isn't cheap and neither is promoting it. The biggest weakness of all coins is that they lack this type of funding. Even Bitcoin really doesn't have much on that front.

If the milestone schedule (and I really prefer the first schedule over the second one) holds up then that's a worthwhile investment. The only problem is that there's some clarity missing on this side of the deal.

Bob and Gekko mocked me when i discussed developement. Saying it was unnecessary and coins only need marketing. Then they proceed to take 50% of the dev fund

Which means you are one of the most dishonest individual I ever met - and believe me I met a few.

I said to you and asked you privately and in this thread publicly many-many times: since we both know the team is non existent, there is no professional team nor business plan please reveal the facts to the community, please make clear this ICO is nothing but a scam. And then right now, you are confirming that this was a shameful scam organized by Bob & Gecko, Steven has never had a legitimate business before, and the Bitbay ICO was nothing else but a money collecting party of the insiders - just as I said what it is from the beginning. You knew I was right from the beginning, but you refused to cooperate to reveal the truth about Bob an the Bitbay team to the community.

altcoinUK I'm really impressed! Shame David ruined his career in cryptos. Bter should apologize publicly for falling to this scam but I don't blame them as they trusted David the one who handed them the coin.

So don't worry about me, what my agenda is ... you should be just worrying about yourself that in the meantime don't support  the scammers not David nor Bob nor Steven - none of them.

this guy has a real chance of becoming the most well-known lawyer and expert in cryptos in the world. wish him all the best with this case!

I'd really like to see people like Bob brought to justice. I lost money on this as well though thanks in part to this thread those damages were limited. It would be a step towards stopping crypto from being a playground for scammers.

I just don't see why I'm hearing more about David than about Bob from you. If you want to make a big case out of this why not go after the big fish? I don't know the full case but even from your words I only see David being paid a normal price 90 btc (or something?) for his technology. Meanwhile Bob and his cronies are making a dash with the 660 btc.

I won't apologise for being a fan of this technology. The ICO was a scam and people like me have been a victim. But the product clearly isn't.

I understand that, it seems you don't get many elements of what's happening.

From day one I am calling this a scam and stating that all individuals behind the Bitbay operation are scammers.

it's only you, bob and baraccas (most probably you are all the same person) saying this, with a team of few paid losers following you

However, the one who had chance to get this right, because I had given him many-many chance to come forward was David.

oooooohhh i didn't know we are dealing with GOD, the one who give a chance and if you don't get it you will be punished LOL

we are going to talk to the police in Netherlands to track down all participants of the scam. No, David was laughing that no one is going to jail.

if i was you i wouldn't really go to police, you are supporting (and probably directly paid) by a criminal organization perpetrating cyberbulling, extortion etc proven by your own logs

how more retarded can somebody be?

So don't worry about me, what my agenda is ...

You need a mosquito brain to understand that you are paid by somebody to do this. or if you do this by your own will you must really be some lonely frustrated person with no friends.. lol

The ICO was a scam and people like me have been a victim.

Correct and that's what matters for the law enforcement agencies which will have no choice but to act on this. And as I said, you can't cherry pick who goes to jail - by definition and the nature of the crime all scammers will have to go to jail.

So don't worry about me, what my agenda is ... you should be just worrying about yourself that in the meantime don't support  the scammers not David nor Bob nor Steven - none of them.

this guy has a real chance of becoming the most well-known lawyer and expert in cryptos in the world. wish him all the best with this case!

He is all right. When we had the Mintpal hack I had a some serious amount of money there and I said him, please fuck off mate to Mintpal because I am having some issues there, in 10 minutes he figured out what 3 months later everyone could see that Mintpal/Moolah is a vey shaky operation and Ryan Green is a scammer. (That's another matter that the VRC devs never took seriously what he said)

I am sure his office will be happy to follow up this as well, lawyers need the publicity just like Bitbay scammers needed your BTC.

Target of 3000 BTC was known before and you thought it was an okay target? You really think they had to raise that amount to develope the project?

Well, it seems that a lot of people thought that way, that's why they are where they are now...

Good on you mate you did - every rational person saw what a pathetic scam this was ... every elements were just a giant red flag ... Nicos from Russia who loves dogs and Holly from Taiwan who has a family, the professional team that of course capable to take on eBay, but they will take on eBay anonymously as their identity cannot be revealed because there is an NDA in place.

Well it's still not obvious where you've been coming from all this time. No smoking gun so to speak. The hard facts only came rolling in after Bob himself overextended in his greed in order to turn this into a second pump and dump.

I've been sceptical of the Bter connection, right in time. Bter turned out to be a problem but not as big as Bob.

LoL you must be very tired indeed ... just above you said that it was a scam and you are a victim ... and right now you are saying that there's no scam, and you are not a victim.

Do what you want, you are hopeless.

As I see this mess after a quick reading, in short:

Bob and his merry bunch got out with scammed BTCs, BTER got their transaction fees? while David has been left holding the BitBay bag.

Bob and his merry bunch got out with scammed BTCs, BTER got their transaction fees? while David has been left holding the BitBay bag.

You are quite wrong indeed. Here is the breakdown:

Step 1:
Steve knew David for over one year, they decided to make coin together to helps pay for David's debt. Steven (Chinese) has connections to Bter.

Step 2: Clone BlackCoin and copy BlackHalo to get investors money.

Step 3: They contacted Bob and his team to make their plan a success.

Step 4: Try to "protect the partners involved" to hide the scheme created by Zimbeck. Maybe nobody will find out?

Step 5: Pump the price and exit with all the free BitBay. Bobs revelation has prevented David from unloading, but he still will and plans to (or has he already?).

To anyone keeping track, David has been clearly lying and doing anything to cover his tracks, misleading words, and deception. Nobody should feel bad for him. He is the ring leader here and now he's upset because Bob made faster "moves" on the chess board. Zimbeck, the FUD is real this time. You have implicated yourself and have been clearly deceptive over the entire process. Many were burned in this scheme, including all of Bob's puppets (gekko, investors, your supporters, and most of the shills here). Whenever you try to point the finger is when it is time to look in the mirror. The "grand chess master" has been exposed for his greed.

"Cheap" but nvm. 500 BTC uh? Nice pull Sir considering that your talents seem to be worth 1 satoshi. You can't even state your alleged points of proof in a mature manner let alone talk or write like an adult. You're most certainly overpaid.
