And you expected otherwise? Seriously?

Personally I do not believe you because of the track record BUT if true then you are a fucking idiot and do not deserve to be running and exchange.

Either way you fail miserably.

I dont know how I feel about this. tbh.

Do you profit from day trading on Cryptsy?  That kind of thing always gets in the way of seeing the moral or ethical angle of the situation.

Is that badbitcoin.org? If it is then He is She and works for Gaw as a Marketing Manager. Yes a paid Garza employee.

And that is why they shut up. They were exposed by Coinfire and have been silent ever since. Law authorities told Coinfire.

Cryptsy is dead. shut down my account with them and withdrew all my balance. Tired of these greedy bastards supporting these scams so they can make % in fees while us muggles loose money. Someone start a phishing site for cryptsy, someone go make a scamcoin with a function to generate unlimited coins then have cryptsy list it, lets give them a taste of their medicine.

Cryptsy disgusts me. I did my part in letting everybody know cryptsy is a scam

https://twitter.com/themerklenews/status/592057346945200129

maybe a couple articles will help as well

Remember when btce shut down withdrawals to try and mitigate the evolution coins from dumping. Well here is big almighty Cryptsy who supposedly cares about the community letting this scam run rampant. Fuck you Cryptsyz Fuck you Josh. I hope cryptsy gets assfucked by the SEC and Josh gets assraped in prison.

I gotta admit cryptsy always had some obscure policies. They used to have a non-open procedure on how they listed coins and after listing em, they'd refuse delisting even if the coin's community was practically dead. Actively or not, they annihilated so many pumps and dumps.

I'm kind of curious about this, explain the situation where he scammed anyone?

So mullick is a scammer because you want an audit of your trades yet havent received it? Also, can you post some screenshots/links of evidence for this 'exilation' you received?

Remember those leaked emails where Josh Garza was paying shills to saturate forums with questions just asking for "evidence"?   The leaked emails precisely said  "Don't insult, just make posts asking for proof"

don't you need half the prime controllers to decide to kill them to kill them? Never seen an explanation as to how that would benefit the people with the prime controllers, so never saw how that would happen.

I don't see why.

Anyone can create a fork of any coin.

You could create a fork in while there are no prime controllers.

You won't have "killed" the prime controllers; you will have created another altcoin which is the same as PayCoin but without prime controllers.

If enough people accept you fork, it will become worth something. The PC owners presumably won't like your fork, but they won't have any of the currency units in your fork so won't be able to dump it to drop the price.

Well this has backfired

Regardless. The overall feedback has been negative. We are open to any suggestions as to what to do with the controller. The only way cryptsy was going to benefit from this situation is if some good comes out of us having the controller in the communities eyes.

We wont be taking any more controllers that are offered to us

Suggestion - have the controller you control set to 0% stake rate. No burning of coins, no creation of coins, simply 0% coins, essentially render the controller null and void except as a voting mechanism.
One controller, one vote, nothing else.

You can't just click a button and set the stake rate to 0%. They would need to create a hard fork. They could just move the coins to another wallet but that would force them to give up the imaginary voting rights that Prime Controllers now have. (funny how one day the non-profits just decided that their free Prime Controllers get the sole voting rights to "the peoples coin" and everyone went along with it)

Cryptsy, again, if you have a shred of decency/integrity, you'd burn 100% of the coins.

Please don't try bullshitting us into believing you accepted this money printing machine for the greater good of the community. Nobody here is going to buy it. Nothing "backfired", you knew exactly how the community would respond to you getting a free hyperstaking address preloaded with 1% of the total xpy.

Cryptsy is alive today and thriving because they do comply with US regulatory law and spend a LOT of money to stay on top of it as bitcoin is new concept to law.

Because I don't believe a word you scam peddlers say, please tell me which States Cryptsy is licensed as a MTB.

Oh I understand what would need to be done (ie hard fork), but since he asked for a suggestion I gave mine. Turn it into a voting mechanism only.
I've stated many times on other boards/forums that PCs do nothing to warrant the stake rate (either original or new) and that they should be reduced/eliminated.

When I was younger we didn't have behavioural disorders. They called it "being a brat". It was as simple as that!
