amazon down... time to contact macys, target, new egg etc. by the end of this paybase will only support zencloud.

have the hashtalk zombies questioned amazon removal yet? did josh truthfully say amazon contacted and told them to cease?

Anyone know where to get a working paycoin wallet that will get beyond the 277th block? and yes I have uninstalled and deleted the roaming folder. Still hangs at 277. What's bad is I test mined using west hash last night on suchpool, and used a receive address from the wallet I had, only to realize when I wasn't getting my payouts, that it was stuck lol.... luckily it was only a half a paycoin  Shocked  lol  But well worth the $3.77 to break the ice" using a rental service for the first time.

Go to your Appdata folder and find the Paycoin folder therein (on windows .. linux would be something like .paycoin, not sure about Mac).  Delete EVERYTHING including the directory EXCEPT the wallet.dat file.  Do not just reinstall, it won't delete the data files.

You must have somehow not deleted everything... the getting stuck at 277 means you still have old blockchain info.

You do not need to reinstall, just delete everything (except wallet.dat) and restart.

hmmm that's what I did I even tried it with a new wallet.dat aside from my ordinal I saved elsewhere. It updates until it hits block 277. Again I deleted the whole apps data folder before fresh reinstall. I am using version .v0.1.2.0

but thanks! anything else installed somewhere else maybe?  Huh

I have wallet 0.1.2.10

C:\program files\paycoin

I didn't see any folder in program files after"  uninstalling? still the same problem.

I downloaded the win32 from pcoin site, still the same hangs at 277... never had this issue lol

I saw the Bitmain offering earlier today and was considering making an offer, but ... something does seem fishy.  Electricity @ $80 / Kw is .11 per Kwh which is high for commercial rates (though maybe that includes hosting and services?).

Warehouse in U.S. looks 3/4 empty .. hmmm and Bitmain has never shipped from the U.S. before or had a hosting facility here.  Sushi had a hosting facility in Colorado though so maybe its Sushi's stuff.

Price also seems high.  500 units for 450K comes to $900 per unit - more than retail if you have coupons (which most customers do have plenty).

It really does seem like Bitmain is trying to unload another customer's change of heart order.

Wouldn't it make a lot of sense if GAW order was a lease or some other kind of credit arrangement and they defaulted Smiley

But I agree, it's gonna take a much larger discount to offload a warehouse of miners in Hattiesburg MS or wherever that undisclosed location is with its 11 cent rate.

Close the client. Create paycoin.conf file in the same folder where you wallet.dat is and add these lines:

addnode=104.130.124.173
addnode=23.253.119.157
addnode=104.130.6.254
addnode=104.130.68.232

Delete everything else from the folder, leave just paycoin.conf and wallet.dat. Start the client.

Homero is too young to retire so I don't see him kicking it on the beach the rest of his life. I think he's got at least one more con left in him.

That said, I really think Hong Kong might be the place. China has no extradition treaty with the U.S. and Edward Snowden even hid there successfully a while ago. Plus, it will keep him in the game. It is a BTC haven and he can easily start another shady exchange like bter.

Better start working on your Cantonese now Homero!
http://www.rosettastone.com/learn-chinese/cd/1-5
he can use paycoin to buy some rosetta stone lessons haha, maybe i can go have lunch with him nothing like cheap chinese food hope he dont put koolaid potion in it

Ironically it makes money for "non-believers", i.e. hardware owners who may not even be GAW customers. Does anyone remember what GAW's excuse was to not allow Genesis hashlets mine Paycoin - it would be unprofitable to compete with all those big farms, let's mine hashpoints instead. I'm surprised nobody is calling them out on that, HT still hanging tight on the belief of a $20 floor.

Edit: speaking of "mining" - World's Most Profitable pool is paying one satoshi: ZenPool 0.00025357 BTC - 0.00025356 BTC. That new rental contract didn't last long, but who cares, we'll all be rich on Monday.

You keep running the OLD client. Notice it says v0.1.2.0? It needs to end in 10 not 0.
