OUCH! Augur already exists and it's called groupgnosis.com. Now we learn you lose the stuff you bought if you don't use it! OMG. Augur could go down as the dumbest thing ever to have purchased. http://groupgnosis.com/ WTF, I've never heard about that GNOSIS project. Who is behind that project? I couldn't even find a Github repository about that.

When will this coin list on exchange, is there any plan?
REP is not really a coin. But I guess it's gonna be listed in coinmarkecap in the future as some kind of "asset". I don't even know if it's gonna work in a (centralized) exchange. Reason: if you don't use it (report bets) you lose it (to other active users who do). But sure it could possibly be traded in a decentralized exchange on top of ethereum in the future. Source: http://www.augur.net/blog/what-is-reputationI am so upset, I bought many REP but I don't want to do any bet, I just want to sell them in exchange. REP aren't going to be wagered, i think you didn't read properly. The only way to lose REP is due inactivity, or reporting wrong outcomes on events. I bout about 8 REP. In the future, you can grow your REP and receive collected fees (based on your % of REP) on the markets that are going to be opened. It is possible to sell REPs when they become a trade-able asset.

Built upon the theoretical framework of Paul Sztorc's "Truthcoin" project, Augur will be a decentralized, open-source prediction market application platform. Our team has just published the first draft of our whitepaper, which is available at augur.net. We're also working on an implementation using Serpent contracts, and we have a working prototype written in python available that can be found at https://github.com/scottzer0/Augur-UI. In a nutshell, this project will allow individuals to create markets where bets can be made for, or against, predictions using bitcoin (whether sidechained directly or via Counterparty or Ethereum). We use a logarithmic market scoring rule to increase liquidity and remove the need for a traditional order book. and instead of having an oracle decide the outcome, we have a distributed group of people report on the outcome of an event after it occurs. If such an individual is dishonest, they are punished, and if they tell the truth, their reputation increases (this is discovered via principal component analysis). There is a lot to take in, and we fully expect criticism. In fact, we encourage it! So check out the paper, give us your thoughts, and we look forward to building this powerful forecast consensus mechanism! Whitepaper available at augur.net Prototype available at https://github.com/scottzer0/Augur-UI. The Counterparty Platform already has a betting system implemented. Is your model similar to do one they have on XCP? what are the main differences?

Well it seems like many people missed this train, let's do math:
The final price was around 400 rep/bitcoin (230 usd)
With 3 bitcoins you own a little more than 1/10,000 of total reps.
Rep will get profit from fees.
In a conservative scenario where each month only 3 billion usd are wagered on this, ( today there are single sport events where more than that is wagered on a single day)
Let's take a 1% fee of that, that is 30 million usd.
Distributed into 10,000 parts the result is 3000 usd.
So with 3 bitcoins (690 usd) you had the opportunity to make at least 3000/month without doing anything.

I love your optimism but i think your figures are grossly unrealistic. $3 billion a month is not gonna happen.

Will Augur be TRadable on a EXchange?
yes it will be HOw much (after THe final sale) is 1 Augur to BTC ratio? 1 Augur = % BTC = $ ? I work it out around 395 Augur per 1 BTC = 395 / $250 = $1.58 per 1 Augur?

(total_raised_usd/btc_price_usd)/total_tokens_issued = X REP/BTC So price per Augur REP token is about 0.002 BTC. But after release of the platform 0.02 BTC per REP will be a resonable price.

I will be over the moon buying a lamboghini if i can Get a x10 return on my original investment into Augur. Eth served me very well, i think Augur will do even better.
Plus the way it is SEt Up, moRE people will hold it and want a nice slice of the % of revenue it will make. I can see Augur being a brute Force in the global online betting world.
