This makes me wonder why actually someone always want to win more while they were already have 10+ btc in profit, 10+ btc from gambling in a day is already alot which can cover your expenses for 1 month, you can still win like next week, why bother keep on goin

You can say the same thing about 1 btc. But if he stopped at 1 btc profit, he wouldn't have won 10 btc (which he eventually lost, but 'oh well').

Every player has different targets (if any), whats "a lot" for one is "not that much" for other.

Not a bad idea. Although rewarding someone with highest daily/monthly profit is a bit pointless. Such reward would likely be irrelevant compared to their winnings.

It would make more sense to reward only daily/monthly most wagered leaderboards.
