I have been trying to withdraw for a week now (to be fair only 3 times on 3 different days) - but I always get this error: "Something went wrong, please try again or contact us directly.". I tried smaller amount and that worked. So:
1) Can you change that error to "Hot wallet is empty blabla".. so people know what's going on?
2) Maybe you can make the withdrawal to "pending"? Now I have to get "lucky" to make the withdrawal when the hot wallet is sufficient. I prefer it's in "pending" and you just process it as soon as you can (because now I am trying it for a week and still no "luck".)

Did you tried to contact admin? Yesterday a player made a withdrawal of 3+ BTC and it was fine..

Yeh, I already made withdrawal now. Hot wallet was just empty and yesterday admin refilled indeed. I made my WD quickly after that. So no problems. Still I think that process can be improved (at least make a better error message = easy, and maybe pending withdrawals = bit more time.)

Thank you for the advise Nico, error message has been changed when the hot wallet drained. I also process withdrawal per request by email (after a confirmation of ownership) |

Avatar campaign + personal text could work fine for low cost (there's a deficit of such campaigns that are not tied to sig campaigns). Signature campaign wouldn't be bad but it could be just too expensive. Any sort of giveaway/raffle etc is a good idea, but make sure you announce it well in advance and give chance to referrers to promote it on reddit/twitter etc. And since 100 million bets are approaching, you could set a price for the 100mil bet (+2 runner ups maybe?). |

Bit outside of box thinking: What about sig campaign on bitcoin.com forum? I'm not sure whether it's officially allowed/disallowed there. But if there isn't any other campaigns going on there, it could be really cheap and hopefully effective. |
