Honestly i would like to suggest you one thing, although ur name is SafeDice,
however your have a unsafe design on auto rolling, the default "Multiply when lose" is 2,
the letter 2 is small and obscure to see, this really kills to someone if he/she setup the auto rolling and do not noticed this...

This is what happens to me... i setup the auto rolling and don't expect the multiply when lose option,
i just want to do 100 dices without any bet changing to see the probability...

After few months and almost 40 million bets, this is the first time I hear about this feedback. But I think your argument is valid enough, so in the spirit of safe dicing I changed the default lose multiplier into 2 for new users. Hopefully this prevent similar case happen in the future, let see if this is more convenient for users. I also tipped you a small amount for this useful idea. Thanks elmo.

I manually checked the log, but your transaction seems to be processed without a Payment ID.

And no, you can't tell the destination address only from the transaction ID. You can only check the detail if you provide a PID.

I said it was a "visual" error because the history is not shown but the withdrawal did successfully processed and the tx is logged. The tx is not in the history page, but I sent you the tx in email.

Please be patient, I will do my best to solve this case. So far, there wasn't single unsolved withdrawal issue in SafeDice and I'd like to keep it that way. I'll PM you the follow up detail.

Btw, Safedice has been absolutely great with the customer support on this issue. There's nothing more nerve-wracking than a withdrawal issue. When problems like this arise, this is an opportunity for a business to show its true colors and I have to say from what I've seen so far that Safedice is absolutely stellar!

This has to do with the way and which data gets transfered after a bet.

A lot of sites, like PD, send data regarding the bet, the player, and the site after a bet. others, like safedice, only send the bet data and rely on periodic updates for the other stats. this has the following implications.

PD always shows the correct stats after a bet, because the latest balance, player stats and site stats are sent along with the site. The server calculates all of the info and is then sent to the client, so it is guaranteed to be correct. The down side of this is if you log in at multiple locations at the same time and withdraw/bet, only the instance that placed the last withdraw/bet is up to date.

At SD, on the other hand, the server only sends info regarding the bet in response to a bet, then the client needs to calculate the new balance and stats, with the occasional request for the *correct* data from the server. every 15 seconds or so, every client should have requested the latest stats, so all clients should be pretty much up to date. This means slightly less load on the server, but could cause some inaccuracies. For example if you are betting, and receive a deposit, but the occasional pull of data fails because of a network error, and you go on a losing streak, the client might think you have a negative balance (because it doesn't know of the deposit), while the server knows that you balance is in fact positive.

I've encountered this with my bot on a few instances where the balance isn't updated after a deposit or a withdrawal from somewhere else and it ends up being higher or lower than it should.

yes i do encounter this likes to say once per 4,5 withdraws, i do withdraw frequently to ensure my
earning, because many times i bet more than i want due to my continue press to "W" to double the bet...

It is definitely only a display issue. I've known this long ago, but since it is very very rare I think it was ok, it is technically more efficient after all. But if few people encounter this kind of issue, I'll change how things work.


By the way, there are small updates for the site

- To make things more simple and lighter, global bets tab now exclude house edge and bet time information. It'll still available on my bets and high bets tab.
- Added new transfer function to accommodate higher tipping amount and transferring between accounts. So you don't have to manually withdraw and deposit between SafeDice accounts. You can do this by: 1) Enable your 2FA feature, 2) Type /transfer <username> <amount> <2FA code> in trollbox, 3) You'll be asked for confirmation, confirm by typing /confirm transfer.

Since there are few undocumented command in troll box, I'll add /help function on the next update.
