Online gambling sites experience down times and that is just normal in the business operation because of the possible DDOS attempts or system failures or even maintenance, it is not good to create panic because this site has been operating for a longer period of time and I can vouch that it is legitimate.

Site is back and working normally - I am able to withdraw with no issues. It has been up and running smoothly for the last 20 hours. I understand your frustration, I have a solid amount of BTC on SafeDice - and we all get anxious when the site is down and there is no communication from the owners. This will have to change for sure. That said, SafeDice is very legit, based in Switzerland with verifiable cold wallet held by a trusted third party Blocktrail: https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1SD1ciWyeDNf26YoAUjSsifQZK1ShFJ2s So I understand the anger, but there is no need for frustration. Dice and gambling sites are major targets of DDos attacks and hackers so they have to make sure that the site is 100% secure and that is a priority. |

So you did not save your secret url ? And you did not setup username and password? Well if that is the case buddy, sorry to say it but it is your fault, be much more careful next time - always save your own unique url or register. |

I was about to do that before site went offline. If site was online I would have done that. So its not my fault. Secondly, I don't see any reason why a site should delay responding to important cash related emails for more than 24 hours. If you want to run a site that involves peoples money you must be ready to reply to emails. If u can't, then its best to close the site. Why must you hold someones money for more than 24 hours. He should just send my btc back. I don't even wanna play there anymore. This is the 2time same thing is happening. I also see several complains here and he dosnt respond to them promptly. This is poor management. |

Did you leverage your investment? If not, you likely control a smaller amount of the bankroll (in terms of exposure), because most investors in dice sites use as much margin as possible. |
