Looks great so far. All of the bugs I was aware of seem to be fixed and the inventory numbers are confirmed by me checking against the mint.json file as being accurate. This is great for potential buyers of Minted Seats to see how long before they are sold out. I suspect this coming year that will become a thing.

NastyMining or myself would purchase up to 15 BTC of seats at 0.0005 BTC per seat (currently worth $833,250) if anyone was interested. That offer will put a floor under seat prices in BTC terms which is something I think people have wanted to see with this organization for a long time.

I am now increasing that offer to buying an unlimited number of seats at a price of 0.00055 BTC per seat.  This marks a 10% increase in the floor price for NastyFans seats and anyone who wants to take advantage of this offer needs only to list their seats on the auction at nastyfans.org and drop me a message letting me know they've been listed.

I haven’t seen much in the way of sales lately on the auction so I am increasing the seat buyback price again from 0.00055 BTC to 0.0006 BTC per seat.

I would also love it if peeled Minted Seats were able to be claimed to online accounts so that they too could take advantage of the buyback offer.

It is working as far as I’m aware. I’m still mining and waiting to distribute coins from my giveaway whenever I get the necessary information. No idea what nonnakip is up to. He hasn’t responded to my messages asking to eliminate the 25% distribution share for NastyMining or wanting to deal with the seats he’s confiscated from terminated users.

The next thing for me as far as this project is concerned will likely be getting a robotaxi going or establishing a permanent revenue source. Nobody can sabotage me from doing that. I also intend to modify the buyback plan as I don’t think it is fair that Minted Seats cannot participate.

Some other things I’m thinking about. Eliminating capital gains taxes will make it much easier to put our stagnant BTC to work. Probably not a great idea to spend our reserve, but this project has been no fun at all for several years now so someone needs to do something. I’ve considered launching an alternative token like we used to let NastyMining shares trade on other exchanges back in the day. We could release a Solana token with liquidity pools that would allow decentralization, instant trades and smaller investments. Things this project are desperately missing.

I would love to see polls updating NastyFans policy to state that terminated member seats are donated to NASTY MINING & the elimination of the 25% distribution to NASTY MINING.  Enough seats have been bought back at this point and if terminated seats were donated to NASTY MINING, I don't think the 25% is necessary.  Its elimination would increase distributions for everyone else while making NASTY MINING an equal beneficiary of this project.  NastyFans has also been sitting on 1.03855017 BTC that was meant to go to NastyPool miners.  NastyPool has not been operational for some time and I think with Bitcoin being near all time highs it would be a good time to distribute that to NastyFans seats.  A poll should be put up for that as well.
