I really think there should be per-computer sessions. Its annoying I have to find my phone every time I want to login. Maybe once a week reset the 2fa, but if its on the same computer and the same IP, it gets kind of annoying.
You can set a timeout for your session on the settings page  |

I'am in China, but can't get your confirmation code, I tried to resend many times(over 10 times), but still got nothing, how can I register?
Dear fox19891989, Have you tried the alternative "call me" feature instead of the SMS code feature? This button becomes active in about 30 seconds after you enter your password. Shortly after the button is clicked, you will get a phone call from our robot. It will then provide you the relevant account access code. Yours sincerely, Bit-X Staff SMS code doesn't work for me sometimes due to the specificity of China network, I assume other people might have same problem too, please add Email as a confirmation options! |

Yes +1 your idea. Like coinbase. One you send a code to your mobile after intering it in the site they will ask you that save this session for 30 days. Its a great idea unless you have to send his code every time when you login to that site I think 7 days is a bit better. Instead of a cookie it should be IP based so if the user changes IP it should be required for 2fa. It just gets annoying and sometimes I don't have cell service and I can't even access the site. Or add a 2fa system which could be accessed from computer like google authenticator I believe. THAT would be awesome for those of us who dont like logging in every 10 minutes lol |

Both my withdraws from the site have gone well but its a bit unclear. It says "form submitted" and then you just hope the withdraw comes, doesn't really say anything about it. Also the txid they give you is an internal txid, not the real bitcoin one.

everything works fine for me, when you submit a form after a few minutes when you look at your withdrawals - you can see whether your withdrawal went through or was rejected |

I had a inquire from someone about using BIT-X to buy some BTC. I asked them to let me know about their experance to see if I wanted to keep advertising the site. I heard back from them that they were very pleased with BIT-X so I will continue with the sig campaign.

I will be set with those feautures and ofcourse ever evelving security |
