well the initial step would be, what void would it round that is out there. The issue with most alt coins now is they don't do anything that different coins don't do. So it would require some particular kind capacity that different coins don't have other than giving to NORML. What's more, if/when we do wind up legitimate the end result for the % gave? Does it go to instruction, medicinal research ect.
