From the looks of it, you were the one who got scammed by that person. So asking his earnings to be returned to his victims is somewhat of a conflict of interest. However you are right that he should be removed from the campaign.

Next time you should use a trusted escrow if you are going to have your funds at risk.

Next time you should simply take the proper precautions to protect yourself. The .0075 BTC, or 1% of the transaction is a small price to pay compared to money you could end up loosing from various scams.

Its the classic start small and scam big strategy he used.
We did small 20$ transaction, he went first, everything went well, I trusted him.

I would like to ask can you please make the page where items are static and don't move.   For example it can say:
