I have an issue here , I'am supposed to get my payment today however my stats got reset and I didn't receive anything .
I didn't receive an SMS saying that I got paid , I checked balance on my Bit-x account, there is nothing aswell . Please look into it

Getting unconfrimed transactions, and apparently I see transactions having been confirmed earlier. What could be the reason of it? I am waiting for like 6 hours already but still no confirmations.

We don't have TX ID at all , It's not that we don't have confirmations (at least for what comes to my case) .

Always use another block explorer to verify transactions and to ensure that they are still present.

Marco, can I just request a separate payout? Not directly via my Bit-x account but rather to another address. Since the transaction was affected by the malleability issue, it will not confirm because the network already invalidated that certain transaction due to double spend and it is included in an affected tx chain.

Not being a prick or anything, but I think you must resend the payment since it will not be confirmed due to the chain of transactions being included in malleability attacked chain.
