what's the next big update for qora,
someone dumped again.

What's the matter? I thought it was a good idea to hold back for months on becoming OS and not when the coin was actually getting attention.

I won't say I told you so.
I am always holding the coins and not selling ,
I can wait, but what's the next big bang?

There will be a minor pop on AT completion and maybe a new skin for the wallet but I fear they are already known about and won't do much. BUT I have a hunch and this is pure speculation but this coin could in theory be massive, want to know what?

I know nothing but my understanding is the GEMS messenger project has the vision to add other coins later to the app. Well Daniel Peled who was an active member of Qora and has even said he would like to do something with Qora at some point would be quite positive about Qora being added to the app. Like I said pure conjecture on my part but IF the app blows up and they do look for coins to add then I like Qoras chances above even coins like NXT etc. It's a lot of if and buts, but it could blow Qora upward. So I would hold at least some coins long term, even a million or so would be worth a small fortune IF the senario I mentioned actually happened.

@Qora
I made some changes to the Qora codebase and added a pull request here https://github.com/Qora/Qora/pull/11. This should recreate the data folder automatically if something went wrong. I think that should help most newbies.

Guys only 2 days left for the wallet design vote.

Done.

Does Qora have any sort of notification system in the client for the dev? (Well Tuck, it's open source ... go look!)

It would be useful to have one (IMHO) for updates and prominent votes about the coins development/improvements.

Now it says

last processed block: 61972 (2014-12-30 22:48:10 utc, 45s ago)

edit]

There is probably something wrong with your browser. These are the block times mine shows when viewing the block explorer.

block: 61660 - 2014-12-29 22:08:46 utc

block: 61661 - 2014-12-29 22:15:50 utc

block: 61662 - 2014-12-29 22:26:15 utc

block: 61663 - 2014-12-29 22:29:11 utc

How can the last processed block be 61661 (2014-12-29 22:22:06 utc, 1d 0h ago) when the next block 61662 was generated on 2014-12-29 at 22:26:15 utc?

maybe it was on a fork.

that's what made me look. I used the faucet and it's usually received instantly, but it wasn't. so I checked and noticed the above.

it's (the explorer) updating properly now, but the 20 Qora from the faucet has still not been received.
