Biz is a good seller,

On the other hand; for me the cards don't work.
I bought 10 EUR cards, uploaded money on them just through bank transfer.
Even before I could withdraw money from an ATM all the cards got blocked.
I am very very sad because now I didn't only lose 250 euros for the cards but also about 500 euros that is ON the cards.
I mailed BZWBK but they won't unblock the cards if I do not come to Poland.

This is because of banks' crazy-ass AML procedures (suspicious activity !).

The banks have gone really mad in the last 2 years. You cannot do anything about it, if you transfer money to the cards from another country few times, any card may be blocked. I had multiple cards blocked before, now I am more careful.

I suggest to use LocalBitcoins to purchase and transfer local currency (such as PLN) to the cards, so you don't have to make an international transfer.

It's true that they strengthened their anti-fraud procedures, they're blocking more frequently than for example a year ago. From my experience 3-5% of cards might get blocked, but as ShadowOfHarbringer said and gave an example, there are methods of minimizing the risk to almost 0% chance of freezing any money. I know this from experience, not only as a seller but normal user.

You guys need to read first this thread to have some ideas and be safe, not sorry.

Well then you don't have to say it's safe to put money on it by just sending SEPA bank transfers. Am I getting my money back or not? Because now I didn't only lose the €500 but also €250 I payed for the cards. I'm not saying this is your fault Biz, because when I had any questions you were always there to help me, it's just, I'm sad...

I have many clients who are using SEPA transfers for loading the cards, but of course if everything works they won't write about it here if you know what I mean...

I've never said the cards are 100% safe now, maybe they were one year ago, but people have been abusing them and in results the bank started to watch more closely to flag potential fraudsters.

3-5% cards might get blocked, this is the price of anonymity, follow my security advices to minimize the risk of freezing the money to almost 0%, period.
