Sad to see its already at 0.0079. But of course YOU made a profit... today not yet, but day is not over yet. bought some more at 0.0075, so a small raise to 0.0095 now is good for me. if not then i make a loss today...thats part of the game. and check the sell side...we are currently in a panic sell. only 2btc needed to pump it above 0.01 again...so big chance whale is accumulating right now

It's still the 5th biggest capitalised coin, suggests it may be somewhat over-valued. Remember Aurorocoin? It's gotta be the same value as that so that suggests a price of less than half a cent. You're very brave betting on the bounces in an obvious falling market.

You're very brave betting on the bounces in an obvious falling market. The bets are upon the credulity of the faithful because you can see them try scrambling to get money to buy up the coin on hashtalk. I don't like playing those games and think there is an element of cruelty to it. They are learning a very important lesson in economics either way. Some of them have become even more resolute believing this is a war between paycoin and bitcoin when it never was and the "crocodiles" always existed within their own camp.

my tactic doesnt always work but if you dont be greedy and trade wisely (and if you are ok to take a small loss sometimes) its doable to make a small profit every day.
only advice i can give is to not trade to much btc for each trade. just do many small ones with 2/3 btc. so in case a massive dump starts exactly after you bought your coins you dont loose to much...and depending on coin you can buy more during panic sell...
i mostly check at sell side. people get scared when they see a 15btc sell wall, but most of the time that is someone who wants to trigger a sell off to accumulate more cheap coins. you can see that when it appears and dissapears almost automatically...
but maybe im wrong, im no expert but it works for me 60/70% of the times. a wise man told me: "never trade with emotions". basically that means dont look at what other people are doing, never sell during panic sell, think logical and set limits both for loss and profit. and most of all dont be greedy! ten times a small profit is also big money!
seems its stabalizes at 0.007 / 0.008 right now. sold half of my coins at 0.009 now waiting to see what happens as buy side is kinda poor right now as well. but 8btc to pump it to 0.013, so that means 70/80% profit... i just wait now, going to take a shower and check back in 3/4 hours...we will see what happens

A few comments are fine, but... NOO!!! I must know more. This man is a genius! So let's get this straight here. You make profit every day by buying coins at a low price, and then selling them at a higher price? Then (and this is really where my mind is blown the fuck into the stratosphere!) you take those coins and rebuy at a lower price and sell at a higher price for a 2nd time!??!! GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!! NO WAY!! Is that even legal? How many times do you think you could theoretically do this? 3? 4? 5? 6? 7? 8? 9? If you say 10 I call bullshit. No way more than that. I say if you do it more than 10 times its like the face of a penny getting worn down. The coins start to rub up on each other too many times and 0s and 1s start to fall off and they get corrupted. Does Wall Street know about this? I know I'm not the only one shitting myself right now, but let's keep this type of stuff hush hush. I hate to see those fat cat corporate elites gaining access to a tactic I am now officially naming "PAYCUM'S WEAPONIZED FINANCIAL URANIUM". Fucking die already John Nash, you old worthless hack. The day-trading in Paycoin is extremely risky, and really profitable if you can handle severe bear market action.
Back on topic: Are you ready for this scam topic to drag on for weeks/months? There will be threads about people organizing complaints to the Feds, and many other threads every time GAW makes public statements. (It's all so familar) Does the community actually like this stuff more than honest projects which would help BTC (and alts) grow?

this community of scammers loves scams. people know they r buying into ponzis/scams and they dont give a shit as long as they can dump on someone else... there are very few decent humans involved in crypto (besides you and me)

Without the "huge mass" of speculators (starting in 2011) BTC would still be under 50 cents, but... There is a big difference between seeking honest profits and running Huge theft (or ponzi) scams. Hopefully the "free market" will eventually attract more honest people who are looking to earn their wealth.

It could ultimately be a self-fulfilling prophecy too; with the nature of the community putting honest people with honest projects off; whilst the 'quick-buck to be made' reputation drawing penny-stock and novice investors in. Which in effect keeps the money flowing and tempts scammers appetites alike. Hopefully some good developments will be able to breakthrough this market and change the scene, but I think if recent trends continue we might be stuck here for some time to come.

Both can be accomplished simultaneously, but when paycoin becomes a penny coin there will be less updates. This may happen sooner than expected. I miss the times here when the idealist libertarians had highly visible, interesting debates almost every day.
Not libertarian , but crypto-anarchist/agorist here, and I still am very vocal with my philosophy. This thread represents an anarchist solution(NAP) to minimizing corruption and punishing bad actors in society. Jeffrey Tucker just wrote an excellent article on the subject: http://tucker.liberty.me/2015/01/02/a-theory-of-the-scam/
