Site is running good now but they are very slow to fix problem there about DDos attack almost 3-4 hours to be fixed the problem
just wondering how many support on yobit ?
Some people are now starting to get weary with this kind of problem. I am looking a percentage of its supporters are now taking their money to safety in other wallet sites. It is getting scary.
I have had pretty empty wallets at yobit for quite some time. May miss prime mooning profit but better to be safe.
It has gotten beyond scary, they ask now to pay for there support and give cocky asshole response for tickets they even throw in a fuck you DONATE to a mod button after not helping. Every where you turn there is now a fee. The sad part is with all its problems Yobit is still one of the better exchanges (atleast to make a profit)..
Mods have been seen laughing at users over there support tickets even posting the content of the ticket within trollbox. Even in RU this is against the law since this is considered PERSONAL DATA. Not Sensitive Personal but personal none the less.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_protection_(privacy)_laws_in_RussiaYobit clearly needs to wake up and realize that its user base is getting tired of the offline wallets, extreme long support wait times (FAQ clearly states that ALL transfers and tickets will be resolved within 24hrs but it unwillingly been accepted that a month is ok).
The honest fact that yobit its staff & admins need to realize is that all it will take is C-Cex or another decent exchange to add a Yobit style theme to there page and 90% of yobits clients will move. Most yobit users ONLY use yobit because of the easy to use layout that is NEWB friendly.
And YEP i still support yobit. With all its problems its still one of the better exchanges (As said the layout brings new people because its easily learned)
