I have been trying to withdraw Decred for over a week now but the wallet says it is Under Maintenance. From other posts in this forum it appears that the wallet has been down since January. About 50% of my coins which I have got from faucets are also "Under Maintenance". My messages to support and PMs to the admin have been completely ignored. This site is a scam.

If I have this problem, I sell the coin transfer to DOGE and withdraw to another exchange and buy the coins back again (hoping to make some arbitrage in the middle), not a great solution but it may at least help you get your money out. I had the same issue with my EGC |
