What do you say to create good avatar campaign for small bounties, i'm interested for this kind of promotion. Im sure we can spread or good vibes this way. Maybe you should consider to invest little bit in promotion it is right time.
We are currently promoting GeoCoin through the geocaching.com community through the use of physical trackables  Smiley  They bounce around the world from cache to cache and promote GeoCoin to geocachers all over the world.

It's so sad that this coin was delisted from Polo Sad  does it probable that she will come back?
No chance of being relisted on Polo according to the community.  I agree that Bittrex is the main focus
weifa, can you post the block explorer address, the one disclosed on the main page and on coinmarketcap.com does not work.
Thanks

What command/settings are you using?  I'm currently connected to the GEO Suprnova.  I found lowering my Intensity setting helped reduce that error message.

sgminer -k qubit --difficulty-multiplier 256 -o stratum+tcp://geo.suprnova.cc:6009 -u Weblogin.WorkerName -p WorkerPassword

I found this on Suprnova.
https://geo.suprnova.cc/index.php?page=gettingstarted

This is for gpu rx 480. I don't have problems with other coins following their instructions..

Yea the command looks good from here, that is strange.  Do you have any additional parameters configured after your login/worker and password?  I had -I for Intensity and found lowering that value helped reduce that message.  I do still see that error on occasion.

Hello,
I have been observing this project for some time and have been impressed with the work from the devs.
I would like to make some suggestions which should be very beneficial for GEO in the long-term.
GEO should consider switching to a masternode system for the following reasons:
'GEOnodes' to help secure the network along with PoW.
Funding of GEO development + marketing
With the right marketing campaigns, GEO could be easily within the top 100 cryptocurrencies.
An example of a potential marketing campaign would be a treasure hunt campaign with the cooperation of local parks/site-seeing locations.

I am unsure of this idea but switching to PoS is also worth considering since GEO could be used to promote environmental aspects and as we know PoW is associated with being harmful for the environment.

Sounds interesting  Smiley thanks for the info.

Testing and debugging the new wallet integration

Thanks for keeping us informed and updated of all the latest developments.
We've had some great testing results this week!  The integration with the HTML 5 web wallet appears to be running successfully within the sandbox environment this week.  This allows for the saving of new dropped GeoCoins, removing previously dropped GeoCoins and also readjusting positions of dropped GeoCoins.  We've even seen some success using our smartphones to collect dropped GeoCoins from the map!  Cheesy

Still more to GEO, but this is a major step forward.  We will continue to refine the user interface, improve the controls and add some new MapBox innovations!

Would it be possible to add a 'tag' feature to Geocoins that are dropped?
For example: I decide to drop 1 GEO but also wish to attach a message to it.
Being able to 'tag' geocoins could result in some neat features like people dropping geo at a location to be forever memorialized. However, then you would have to make the coin irretrievable (perhaps a burn process of some sort?).

Adding a comment to a dropped GeoCoin is already possible, not so sure about the irretrievable GeoCoins though.
