I'm new to cryptocurrency. I have some geocoin on mining pool hub. They're saying "Geocoin credits will be distributed after manual swap" and link to this forum. Do I need to do anything to switch my geocoin to another coin? I tried to manually swap but nothing has happened for a few days.

In my case the coins are synchronized in the wallet before block # 1568125. Does that mean I'll be able to replace GEO for Ubiq?

Looks like your transaction occurred before the snapshot cutoff block # so it should be good.  But you'll need to follow the procedure of signing a message for that wallet address, providing your new Ubiq Network receiving address as the signed message, as well as the provided Signature.

Provide all 3 of these items in our Google Form to submit your manual claim to receive your GEO.  You will not be credited in UBQ, only GEO.

Where can u find this google form and how can I be sure to send the geo coins to the official team and not scam?

From development side Geo is ready for swap and is actively swapping people's coins to tokens so theoretically they did their job... now it's question when exchanges will implement new wallet and resume trading.

+1 to the comment on timing, in fact I don't mind sitting out for another week.

GEO was at $4.50 or so when it took the snap-shot, but has already hit $16 before! 

So, when it comes back online, it should be around $4 and quickly jump back up to test $16 again and then on to $20+, so grab yourself a bunch while they are cheap.  THERE ARE ONLY 3-4 MILLION COINS; THAT'S NOTHING!!!

If coins reach being a few hundred dollars each with a fully working app I think the GEO explosion will probably happen. How many people would be on the search for a few hundred dollars? Nobody knows what will happen with the market it could go a bit lower first as this bear market continues but in the long run I think there will be a lot of value here IMO. I think there will be many pumps and dumps on the way but overall a lot of growth in the long-term and a very low total supply does help that expected growth.

Every average serious guy in crypto have personaly developed software for parsing twitter. If you are not strong in programming - you can create your own slack chat and add crypto bot to your channel.
If any mining pool do not use any additional software for monitoring market - it is serious problem for pool investors. I would not trust my money to such persons who just sitting in their comfortable chairs and waiting for dirrect info messages from developers. Things in crypto is changing constantly and very fast, if you do not have means to get actual info then hire some experts, who can get all actual market state info an provide it for you.
