seems bitmain adjust the price so I may adjust the price soon
Based on the current price I can got from bitmain the miner price should adjust for 30 dollars and make it 370 dollar

It's easy, when Bitcoin was rising up from $220 -> $300+ bitmain took the opportunity to increase the price of all their products on two occasions to line their own pockets

Then when Bitcoin fell from $300+ -> $220 they took the opportunity to leave the price the same, to line their pockets even more.

Yep which is why I was grateful that Lee  opened this at 340 a unit. He did this  before the second price hike to 370 by Bitmaintech and since he had the gear on hand he did not raise the price.  Now that he sold out the  he had gear at 340 which I pointed out in more then one spot on this forum was a lower price then bitmaintech was selling them for.

 He ordered more gear at 370 price point.  Unfortunately for me I only ordered one at 340 and now I am facing that same rise as the rest of us. I wish Lee had mentioned he was selling  out his first 500 before he did.

I won't be buying at the 370 price. As it is more costly then I think it is worth.

Thanks we appreciate you trying, hopefully Bitmain's greed will eventually catch up with them. I hope you can talk them into better pricing as 370 is a no go for me also.

It looks to have some potential it is supposed to do 400 watts and 800gh at low setting and be very quiet.

I think it could be a good piece of gear in an office with 'free' power or a dorm with 'free' power.

 I was trying to get one cheap to do a long review of it but I did not feel like paying 1.6 btc for it. _ that is the discounted price i was offered.

I believe avalon is closer to lee then sp-tech so shipping to him would not be so bad.  maybe he can get a good bulk price. it does appear to have to run at low speed to be worth it.

as for avalon 4, the problem is also they are too expensive, also it is true that they are very quiet

I'd have a chat with spondoolies, the mini farms of 15x SP20's come with free shipping, and I'm sure they'll negotiate further discounts for larger quantities.

as for avalon 4, the problem is also they are too expensive, also it is true that they are very quiet

the avalon 4 best selling point is it is very quiet at a slower speed.  like you say put one in your office space.

the  spondoolies shipped in bulk to china that would be cool in a way just not sure if you could get it done.

Might be an import duty cost thing. I can't place it but I have heard before that its been difficult in the past to get stuff from Israel to China.
