so the monitor page is showing your miners are up but your pools show no activity.
then make sure to record the downtime and let lee know at the end of the month when he pays out the compensation for downtime. he is very fair.

Now, Working without problems The only "detail" is the offline hours record in the website: 1 hour vs 4 hours

the internet connection have some problem at that time, and lead to 3-4 hours downtime. we will compensate if all downtime exceed promised 14 hours each month.

mine just keep independently go off for a few hours then fine for a few days? never all off at the same time so it could be on independent lines?
I have not had the best experience here, I understand miners have bad moments, but as my pool is reward over time, I have lost a fair bit so far.
I will keep going, maybe I have had a run of bad luck.
anyone selling a s5 for a coin?
EDIT - they have changed one of my miners to another user/pool, this is a joke, I am not happy.

got update from bitmain, they ship the miner to me today. however, the miner can only hash at 4.66T in average so they refund me 65$ for each unit = 22.4 days host fee so all customer who order this batch of s7 will get 23 days free host fee,
I got the hosting fee email today but are we paying anything yet because of the "free" 23 days?

Ah, there it is in the subject line "Host fee (2015-10-21——2015-11-20)" I forgot we are paying for the month in advance now.

Meh, I use F2pool and it's pretty solid and has been for a long time. Maybe your pool connections are dodgy so pick a pool that works better with that miner. You can of course complain a lot too.

EDIT - just so you know, I have set up a back-up pool, this pool it's on is not mine

EDIT - just so you know, I have set up a back-up pool, this pool it's on is not mine I have found lees gear works best on f2pool I suspect you are running into China firewall issues. so chinas firewall causes our miners to run on other peoples pools? does anyone read my info or do you all guess I am off my rocker? Let me clarify in case I have not made it clear, upon purchasing a few miners I have set up a main pool and a back up pool for my miners, so if one fails, it should try to connect to the other pool, I received a screen shot from data centre showing clearly that one miner I was paying for was on a pool that I did not designate, it was not my pool, not my account, and not my miner ID, ergo, I am paying for my hashing power to be diverted to another user/person. I hope I have made this a little clearer, please ask any points I have not explained properly.
