zecharia, and anyone else reading this. Bitcurex changed teh bitcoin addresses some time in the last couple of weeks, without informing any of the customers beforehand. I sent about a quarter of a bitcoin to my previous address because I didn't know they had changed it.
No coins appear in my account, and yes they do appear in the blockchain. I opened a support ticket https://digital-future.it/support/
over a week ago, and there has been no answer.
What the F is going on? How long does it take them to answer and rectify this situation? Granted, it was not very much money but that's not the point!

Who are the contact people here in this forum for bitcurex? I want to PM them. I even tried to reach them via instant messaging XMPP at jabber, found their contact (firstname.lastname@example.org
) and I tried sending them a message, but it says it could not be sent, I don't know why. I used Thunderbird and I was definitely connected. I am not a techie so I'm flailing blind here.
Would appreciate any help from fellow people here in the forums.
