Hi everyone  Smiley

First of all, I want to thank everyone who have been getting involved with this cryptocurrency. I was gladly surprised about the level of preoccupation towards this hobby project.

Because of the difficulty adjustment issue causing a re-release at very start, I did some cleanup on this thread because I didn't want to make another thread about this cryptocurrency to this size of forum.

Also what I've found out and want to apology about is some people were not satisfied about the management of the thread posts. Especially the person who made a new thread onto the forums that tells not to buy this cryptocurrency because his post where he's telling he wants to buy this cryptocurrency because at the moment he cant mine, got also deleted on the cleanup.

I've been thinking about having some games around this coin, but will at very first point think well what those games will be. Will post information about games when it's their time.

What I've been working on lately:
--------------------------------

I've been focused now on the official blockchain explorer, I will release it soon and will notice about it. The first post of this thread will be updated then with a working link.

The Macintosh users will get their GUI wallet soon, I've been working on the official release but we might get a unofficial release before that. Will put new information when know better about ETA.

Also, have fun mining this, please mine on all the pools available. If you're going to set up a pool for Lyrabar, feel free to contact me about it and I'll update the thread post with the links.

Everyone feel free to join ##lyrabar on the Freenode IRC channel. The community is there and will help new users to get involved. If you don't have IRC client, there's a web IRC client available, the link is at the top right corner on the official homepage, http://lyrabar.duckdns.org/

Feel free to leave feedback and questions, if you have issues with the wallet and/or mining, You'll get the fastest answer in the official IRC channel.

Tried some CPU mining on my Dual Xeon machine, I have two old 2.8GHz Noconas (90nm) and they gave results like in the picture with the tpruvots latest additions:

I really recommend you to look at the CPU mining. The link for tpruvot's latest release is at the very first post. The package seem to include a .bat for the Lyra2RE algo, just change mining credentials.

It'd be good if dev implemented a POS to secure the network

It nice to see that someone is using Vertcoin's made algorithm (a modyfication of Lyra algorithm that consumes less power).
If someone is interested in origin of this algorithm and how much more it is efficient than x11 algo, i implore to come here thisisvtc.com or on veretcoin's subbredit http://www.reddit.com/r/vertcoin
