help! was trying to reset my coin. i send all my coin to my other addess and than 10k crashed and this pop out.. now i cant open it

Ok with the deposit go into the deposit area were you get your deposit address there is a button to check deposit and click that , that usually unsticks deposits
Deposits dont require admin approval !!

Backup your wallet then launch the client with that flag

You should have multiple copies of wallet.dat stored in several different places (SD, USB, Externals, etc)

You don't need to open the client to back it up, just copy wallet.dat
