guys why everybody writes on night time for europe. dev is living at europe and generally people asking questions at late night time.
lets wait weekdays for better answers. i dont think so they can get their credit on weekend so basicly if they are waiting credit, it would be in weekday.

If AMBER pays this dividend a week or two late there are some people dumping their Amber at 30% of its value who are going to wish they didn't.  If you have the BTC available it may be worth buying some of this up from the panic sellers.  Even if AMBER only goes back to 50% of its previous value you can make some good money. 

I am not betting the farm but I have put a toe in the water.  I think we are in an oversold condition now which means this is a buying opportunity for the brave.  I expect some additional downward pressure but that will reverse quickly is the dividend paid.

Honestly, the dividend is a bonus for a pretty good coin even without the dividend.

amber on amrket has no value since the company does not support its price.

Coins being sold above the market price has not effect on the market price since apparently these coins are refundable at the same price via the company.

Unless amber starts supporting the markets with some buy support from their profit, the market wont skyrocket and catch up to the selling prices of their icos.

I have just seen the Chinese presentation, and see the poor translation (seems from Google translator) of it. However, I've seen the total coins is 50M instead of 49M. This problem exists in both English and Chinese versions (and most probably Russian version too, however I don't checked it as I don't know Russian).
I could re-translate it for some Ambercoins. Dev please let me know if you need this.

I remember when in the beginning they tries to keep price in 7-8k level, then after month or two price fall to 1-2 k, back then was great time to mining.
Now I do not see the support long time, only dumps "the shares".
But peoples try to beleive, they have no choice, purchase orders are empty.
I'm happy what I am not a holder, but I know that feel.

Generally DEVs shouldn't support price, they should develop the coin. In this case Amber Trade should secure company's long term development and pay dividends ASAP as they promised. Than the market, the community will create the right price. We don't need another dev - speculant. New feature in the Amber Coin should also be developed.

The decision is entirely up to the company of course, but why not at least pay a reduced dividend this quarter?  At least it will help reduce the fears that this is a scam coin and that the company is ripping off its investors.  Not paying dividends after announcing the amounts then not announcing a new date for paying the dividends has created panic in the AMBER market and your biggest investors are getting hurt badly.  The company has an obligation to its shareholders.  I don't expect you to buy AMBER to pump up the price but there are other actions you can take to protect your shareholders.

At this point selling is moot.  Anyone with a large amount of AMBER is not going to be able to sell them in this market.  There are few buy orders and dumping even a few thousand AMBER on the market will cut the price in half again.  We have to sit and accept our fate.

I don't think anyone is trying to bring the price down.  People are dumping hoping to get out with at least some earnings.  Its stupid but its going to flatten out soon.  But like others, I don;t htink we will see a big price increase any time soon.
