I saw someone bought Amber with USD, did you pay him/her dividends by BTC?

No.
That "someone" who has bought AmberCoin with EUR (not USD  ) was a company that buys a raw amber from us.
They have recieved dividends already but not in BTC.
By a mutual agreement we "paid" a dividends as a discount in EUR on one of the invoices.

This way works with companies ONLY.

i make an initiative when you ignoring my advice.
right now Ambercoin only need supported exchange,so i try to contact an exchange as possible
more exchange is better,.
recently i just talking with Simon,the Dev of Banxcapital.com and also the dev Of banxshares
banxshares 10 top in coinmarketcap with a lot of community
i still try to contact polo,and hope they consider about ambercoin..

almost no dump and pump so far
price rising step by step with a regular period of time
from 1700-1900 sat,
2100 sat-2600,sat
and now 3100-3600 sat

there is ~8M AMBER that has not been generated yet  [49M(max supply) - 41M(current supply)] and is supposed to be generated through POW.

I think it would be great to reduce an amount of coins that is being generated with POW and increase the amount of AMBER to be generated with POS. If it is done in such a way it will give an additional profit for investors - for those who BUYs & HOLDs.

The company should protect the interests of investors as well as the own ones. I think the remaining 8M should be distributed for example as 2M through POW and 6M through POS or somehow like that.

Why do I think it would be better?
Because from the very beginning AMBERCOIN mining was quite profitable and miners just dumped their coins and drove the price down. Every time the price starts to increase those who mined coins dumps them instead of holding.

When Investors buys AMBERCoin they increase Amber Trade's working capital and company's overall profit as a result.
Increasing the quota for POS will be an excellent signal for investors.

Please consider this suggestion.

P.S. I hope that the majority of the shareholders will support me.

Well first and foremost I have been watching Amber since the beginning.  I sat on the sidelines after being burning on the CCEX ICO scam - Stable Coin. :-(
I must say that I have been impressed with the constant dev feedback and the overall community support for this coin.  I have taken the last week in a half to start mining and accumulating this coin.  My main wait was to see if people actually got paid their dividend.  I am happy to say I am now an Amber holder.

my questions is why you pay the dividends in three months,not every 2 months
when i read the missions in earlier post,it would be nice if Ambercoin can be sell not only in crypto market
and maybe you have to change the name from Ambercoin to ''Ambershares '' first
because this is shares of company
