Please reconsider of allowing join wallet system to hunt dividend only, it's not really benefit the company and all shareholders in the long term.
The company already make official decision on MINIMUM 10k amber investment and many investor have enough commitment to invest 10k amber to support the company, that commitment should be respect by not allowing people that have less effort to buy the minimal amount instead making a system that try to manipulate the company decision, i understand the join wallet system will benefit small ambercoin owner however there are many better way to give incentive to the small ambercoin holder. rather than allocating more fund to give extra dividend to another 5-10 or a little more join wallet owner, i believe there are more effective way to spend the dividend/company profit :
1. Company can hire professional graphic designer to make a informative Infographic to describe the world potential of Amber business and use the material for media release to get better PR and marketing and reach more investor.
2. Company can use the fund to create a better communication channel between shareholders and management, company will benefit from share of free idea, advice, even future investment.
3. Company can use the fund to explore the implementation of smart contract in the Ambercoin blockchain and use the technology to gain competitive advantage over competitors.
I can list much more useful benefit of company profit allocation than to support system that benefit any small number of people in short term, plus it will save a lot of time and trouble if some of the join wallet is not trustworthy enough and run with the fund.
One of the goal of adapting cryptocurrency in to company operational is to create trust less management and cooperative system between shareholders, management and staff, and by supporting the join wallet system that rely on individual trust will betray that goal, let us all try to build professional sustainable company for long term profit and achieve company vision by start practicing good management.
