Your company seems legit. The project to deliver a coin as an asset is a good idea (I guess you've put a lot of work into it).
I will invest some money in it (minimum 10 000 Ambercoin) and see how it goes. I will eventually recommend it on my Bitcoin investing website .
Only one question. I don't know a lot about amber mining and how do you think you could stay in the game long term ? Is amber (the real one, not the coin) quite easy to mine ?

Real amber is quite hard to mine.

We plan to mine amber within no less than 10 years.
But in fact I hope it will last longer.

It depends on Company's quarter profit.
So price only affects your ROI.

From the other side - the more funds company has the more profit it can get.
That's why we expect the company's profit will grow from quarter to quarter.

There is massive overheating and rocketing in China stock market and US/EU/JP pulling out their money from there.
If I was chinaman, I pulled already out some money from stocks and made safe landing, invested in gold, silver, diamonds, amber etc. Smart chinaman invested to outside-China companies stocks which mine/process these goods And very smart chinaman invested companies stocks which produce mining equipment

Next few steps will be following:

1.  332,000   @8200 satoshi or 0.02$
2.  500,000 @10400 satoshi or 0.025$

you will destroy the market price  if do it

I agree. Price shouldn't rise rapidly, its not good to the market. @10200 is fair price, because gives possibility to the next (not only early) adopters to buy Ambercoin at still low price.
