I think exchanges like bitstamp , still might deserve another chance, as they atleast refunded the members and are now using multisig.

Can't understand what's bter doing right now. If they are scamers, 7500 btc was a good cash, they already let people withdraw cny, why not let people withdraw alt coins? they will never take for them good price they will just drop a market if will try to sell them. Even pure scamer Alex Green took only btc and let people withdraw rest, yes not fullly, not all, but a lot of coins was possible to save from mintpal.
 
If they are not scamers them behaviour even less understandable, why they keep holding not beloning to them money? If they are trying to save exchange by holding alt coins, they are only killing it. Shit happens, hack happens, losing money happens, but Bter's reaction on it worsest i ever saw.

Have they finished USD and CNY withdrawals now then? If they have and they have not started the process of alt coin withdrawals then the slightly paranoid have reason to believe that they may do a runner!

I would not find that surprising if i am honest because or all withdrawals would have been done by now 

Looks like they brought time to get the alt coins ready to dump and now they should avoid legal issues if the USD and CNY has been withdrawn it is not good for my NXT and XCP
