Interesting to see where this ends up. They have started releasing crypto and fiat funds, at least, so it's not another complete re-run of Gox.

atleast they are releasing some of it but since the office is empty, it is just as suspicious as gox

had that sarcasm too, they dont need an entire office to run the site if they are only releasing few cryptos and fiat isnt it, or they could be renovating their office

Cryptsy are just fine, until they're not. Then you're in for a world of trouble. I've been lucky in the past but I won't use them after the horror stories I've heard of withdrawals getting stuck for weeks and customer service not doing anything.

Cryptsy are just fine, until they're not. Then you're in for a world of trouble. I've been lucky in the past but I won't use them after the horror stories I've heard of withdrawals getting stuck for weeks and customer service not doing anything.

Most of crypto exchanges have horrible stories just because of this now I am away from them but need any good one any suggestion would be apperciated

After they made wallet status page and mark broken coins with maintance mode things became a much better. Although i still constatly have problems with withdrawing big amount of doges.. Last time stoped to buy doges on cryptsy.. a lot of place to buy them exept them

You talking about cryptys? Nothing terrible with cryptsy, they always had worest deposite/withdraw system, i usualy always need to keep in mind that any withdraw or deposite can stuck for days while you keep kicking support but in time all situation resolving, just they are very slow.

This is right they do not have the funds to reimburse everybody unfortunately we will be lucky if we get anything else from that site

it is pretty clear already that they have no funds to reimburse the lost of all their customer, if they did have funds, they would already settle up this issue just like bitstamp did, basically bter is just stalling the reimbursement, perhaps an act to collect some funds first

I can't still request the withdrawal for all my altcoins, this is very insane. If I will recover all my lost ( a part the bitcoin) I will not use bter anymore (this is sure).

it sucks though they had a huge security problem internally, that screwed everyone over basically..
